A147: You probably mean the Tome of the Stilled Tongue, CD 103.

Thanks for the quick replies.  :) I actually didn't know the tome worked like that - nice to know, though. But I did find the thing I was thinking of - Aureon's Spellshard (ECS 265).

Oh. I must say, I never really looked into shard items, seeing as all eberron campaigns I have been in so far have died horrible deaths before level 2 (Or 4, in the case of the one starting at level 3).

A148: Not OGL, so it would be illegal to just post it for you not to buy the book.  However, libris mortis has some good stuff in it.  Limewire or Torrents should help.

7,500 gp, if my memory serves well. And yes, just +4 turn attempts/day.

+4 turns attempts a day are not "just".

Q 150

Can a specialist wizard cast cleric spells from his banned school with arcane disciple feat? IE banned evoc, can you cast holy word from the good domain?

No, you cannot cast anything from a banned school, IIRC, not even from an item.  There are apparently feats that can fix this.

I may be wrong, but the SRD's wording is "not from a scroll or a wand". AFAIK nothing prevents you from using a staff or another item mimicking a spell, such as a rod or various wondrous items.

Q152: What Divinations exist that can answer a question better than yes or no? Specifically which ones could you pose a question like 'what is the nature of the threat posed by x regarding y?' and get an answer that is at least somewhat in depth?

Sunic may be more abrasive than sandpaper coated in chainsaws (not that its a bad thing, he really does know what he's talking about), but just posting in this thread without warning and telling him he's an asshole which, if you knew his past experiences on WotC and Paizo is flat-out uncalled for. Never mind the insults (which are clearly 4Chan-level childish). You say people like Sunic are the bane of the internet? Try looking at your own post and telling me you are better than him.

Here's a fun fact: You aren't. By a few leagues.

A152: For the spells under OGL: Divination, Legend Lore, Vision. There are a few psionic powers that can do that as well, such as Metafaculty.

Q153: One of my players is going to be starting a Warlock character with massive UMD ranks. He's looking for some item to help him organize and quickly access many scrolls.  Is there an item specifically for this?  Could he just use a Heward's Handy Haversack (it seems able to do what he wants...)?
