Q: 129

Wasn't there a feat somewhere where you could get combat bonuses over people who were shaken, or under the effect of a fear effect? I am thinking that if you use intimidate to demoralize people in combat, I thought there was something else you could follow-up with, maybe its a class ability?

Q130: Does AMF prevent casting from within the spell's area to outside the spell's area? I mean, can a wizard cast AMF, then cast a fireball whose target area is outside the AMF? (Fireball was just a simple example, don't hit me! No..don't...OUCH! ;)) I can't tell from the wording, but I hope that it does :)

A130: You can't cast spells inside an AMF.  However, with Archamage's Mastery of Shaping, there have been arguments that instantaneous conjuration spells such as Orb of Fire can fly though the AMF if their point of origin AND point of destination lie outside of it.

A 131: without resorting to tricks and optional materials from third edition, I'm fairly sure that 18-20 is the highest in 3.5

A131 continuation: In case 3.0 is allowed I think bladed gauntlet had 17-20. I think it was printed in Sword and Fist. If not, then I'd look at the Arms and Equipment Guide.

A 131 continued...again:  It was printed in Sword and Fist.  The 17-20/x2 was a misprint, however.  The errata and the second printing of Sword and Fist listed it as 19-20/x2.

There is an Orcish Shotput ranged weapon printed in one of the 3.0 splats (I think Sword and Fist and Arms and Equipment Guide), that was 19-20/x3 as its base crit properties.

A132 give the dragon druid levels or have it take the animal cohort feat which I believe is on the wizards web site.

Q133 Does being half-ogre enough to qualify for the primordial gian template?

I didn't put this in my Q, but I'm looking to do this while being a 'normal' race.

A132:  See the Dragonomicron for feats to get a dragon as a paladin mount, and use Devoted Tracker to combine your mount with your companion to get a dragon companion.

Q134 Are there any huge disadvantages to playing a Psitificer over an Artificer?

You have a smaller range of items you can make. Things like stat-boosting Wondrous Items and many utility items were not duplicated, and so a Psionic Artificer cannot make them RAW. Also, some of the more broken high-level spells have no psionic equivalent, so you can't make cheap scrolls. It's still a top-tier class, but has a little less flexibility. Especially when gestaled with Psion, as I know you're going to do. You don't need UPD, so why take a class that favours it?

EDIT: Also, there is only one Psionic Construct, the Psion-Slayer. No army of golems for the Psitificer.

Q135 Can a spell-to-power erudite use Psychic Chirurugry to transplant spells converted to powers into a non-Erudite psion's repetoire, since with the erudite, they are psionic powers at that point?

A135 I'd have to say that it does, because of the line in the web enhancement that says:

Because the spells are now effectively psionic powers, they are no longer affected by metamagic feats. However, metapsionic feats can affect them as they would a psionic power.

It seems to say that it is a power now. Scary, or Scary-fun?

Link power is better with hustle IMO.  No dazing, and you gotta burn a move to regain focus anyway.  Quicken lite.  Celerity is abusive by itself,
