Q 175 Does an artificier require high enough wisdon to create a scroll/item that is on a divine spell list ?
No, you only need to pass the UMD check.

I don't remember the answer to the next one, though.

Q180 Are there any melee weapons that deal bludgeoning damage and naturally have an 18-20 threat range? OR are there any ways to change the damage type of a weapon through weapon enhancements?

A 176 I'm going to go with intelligence since that is what your infusions are based off of and at the same time say it don't matter what it uses.

http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/magicItemBasics.htm#savingThrowsAgainstMagicItemPowers
Magic items produce spells or spell-like effects. For a saving throw against a spell or spell-like effect from a magic item, the DC is 10 + the level of the spell or effect + the ability modifier of the minimum ability score needed to cast that level of spell.
So your score does not matter.

There is good news though, there is a feat in the epic level handbook that is not SRD material that allows you to use your score instead of the minimum.

Q181. In the Book of Exalted Deeds, the example Sentinel of Bharrai does not have the Sacred Vow feats necessary to qualify for the Prestige Class. Is this a simple mistake, is there some retraining at work, or are the vows somehow unnecessary?

Q182. Speaking of which, can one retrain vows? By RAW it should work, but logically it doesn't make much sense.

A181: Neverevereverever assuming example characters are right.  Never.  They are almost always wrong.  Once again, never.

A182: Depends on which text takes precedence.  I believe it is RAW allowed, but there is a passage explaining that the vows, in each vow, which does state that vows can never be gotten rid of.  This may take precedence over the PHBII rules.

Q183: Can the Steel Wind maneuver (Iron Heart 1 Strike: make and resolve two separate melee attacks, each against a separate opponent you threaten, as a standard action) be used to make a pair of trip attacks?  If so, are there any other crusader/warblade maneuvers strikes that can be combined with trip attacks?

A 185 Even if not, you should be able to use Use Magic Device to emulate having a high enough ability score.  Your effective ability score with a UMD check is the check minus 15.  So, a UMD check of 34 would effectively give you a 19 Wis for casting off of divine scrolls.

Beyond that, I'm not sure about the exact question you asked.  I just know that UMD will get around not having a high enough Wis score.

Q 186: If a creature crossing a Prismatic Wall/Sphere/Veils is killed by the first 4 colours, is his corpse considered an object and his items unattended for the 7th colour? Are they automatically destroyed?

A 186 There's no RAW answer as far as I can tell. The scenario you present is a definite possibility. The body could also stop crossing layers (it falls backwards/sideways).

Q187: Is there a way to flank creatures that "cannot be flanked" (such as uncanny dodge, aside from being of a high enough rogue level for uncanny dodge; I already know of Darkstalker for dealing with all-around vision)?

Q188: Aside from uncanny dodge and all-around vision, are there any other abilities that prevent flanking?

A184:  I don't, but I know some of the best ones for a Warblade if it helps:

Dancing Mongoose
Raging Mongoose
Time Stands Still
Lion's Roar

Plus White Raven Tactics and other boosts/counters work just fine.  Blood in the Water is great if you're a crossbow archer.

A 188 Elementals and oozes cannot be flanked. It comes from their type, so I don't know of any way to go around that. (Well, you can polymorph an elemental but I don't call it a solution.)
