Q81: With the Exalted Companion feat, you can have a Blink Dog Companion. Blink Dogs are intelligent. Two questions:

A) When they advance HD from Animal Companion, they get feats from increasing HD. Can one of these feats be Vow of Poverty?

B) Again when advancing HD, can they take class levels?

A83: The wilding clasp can be found in Master's of the Wild, which is 3.0, or in Magic of Faerun, or the Magic Item Compendium, pg. 190.

Outstanding. Another quick one:

Q 84

The Wild armor/shield special ability lets you keep the armor/shield's AC bonus when wild shaping, but it states that it still melds into your form. Thus, am I correct in believing that a MoMF could wear a Wild shield, then WS into humanoid(or war troll) form and wield a two-handed weapon while still retaining the shield bonus?

A83 The latest Wildling Clasp is in the Magic Item Compendium on page 190.  Pretty sure the earlier versions are better, but a smart DM will make you use the latest.

Thanks for your answers Surreal.  A VoP Blink Dog has a pretty insane AC.

a84Yup.

Q69 Is the ability that the feat Anvil of Thunder (CW) grants you only usable once per round?

I don't know much about the etiquette in these threads, but I feel kind of ignored to the point of bumping. Maybe the question is too obvious to where I should already know the answer, but I honestly don't. I want it to work multiple times in the same round against the same opponent, but I feel like it doesn't.  ???

A69: I can't see any point to it taking effect twice.  I mean, it doesn't say each time you hit your opponent with your mace and your axe.  The duration to check for success is the entire round, as soon as the condition is met the effect takes place.

He means can he force more than one saving throw if he hits multiple times. (I personally have no idea either way).

A 82: I think this is one of those cases where the DM has to make the call. I would choose to focus on the part that says:
Quote
The wording from the animal companion description assumes that you have a normal animal, so the description of druid BAB and fort/ref saves just serves as clarification in case you didn't know how to calculate them. It doesn't account for the higher save of the dire animals either.

Q86: If I use Split Ray on Ray of Ice (SpC), and they fail their save on the first one, do they take sneak attack dmg on the second one?  I can see it being ruled either way.
No, because precision-based damage only applies on the first attack.
Yes, because the prereqs for SA weren't met on the first attack, it was after they were frozen that they lost Dex to AC, making the 2nd ray a SA.
What do you guys think?

Edit: This is as a Spellwarp Sniper, so I actually have SA dice.  My original post didn't clarify that, sorry.

Q87: when using the Knockback feat, can the bonus you add to the bull rush be increased by using Leap Attack or Shock Trooper's Heedless charge?

A86: The text of the split ray metamagic feat says the rays "...must be aimed at targets within 30 feat of each other and fired simultaneously." This bit implies that the target would not take sneak attack damage on the second ray, because the save for the first ray would not be failed when the second ray hit, thus not qualifying the second ray for sneak attack damage, because the target was not yet denied their dexterity from the effects of the first ray.

Q80: Is there any way to wield a two-handed melee weapon PLUS a buckler without incurring the -1 to hit.

A80 addendum: You might check into using dastana (Arms & Equipment Guide, pg. 15) if you can - they're like a buckler without the penalty to hit.

Q88:  If you use the Black Lore of Moil metamagic feat (Complete Arcane) to alter say, Ray of Exhaustion, would the damage added on trigger Sneak Attack?

If you mean if you can Sneak Attack with it, I believe so. I'm not entirely certain though and don't have an actual ruling at hand.
