I'm assuming the feat hasn't been updated since Races of Faerun... If it has, maybe the wording changed. However, you begin movement on your charge. You provoke AoOs. Those attacks resolve. Any of those that qualify may provoke AoOs from Robilar's, etc. Once those are resolved, perhaps their Robilar's is triggered. Once all AoOs are resolved, (which happens at the end of movement) you make ONE single melee attack (unless you have pounce, in which case you make more). That single attack (and only that one, even if you have pounce) gains a +2 unnamed bonus on the attack roll. After that, you take a -2 unnamed penalty to your armor class until your next turn begins. (This -2 becomes minor if you have an ally that can use White Raven Tactics who goes right after you

Troll Blooded is from Dragon Mag 319. 1st level only, requires Toughness and grants regen 1 like a troll.

Note - I am not talking about Spellstrike which it only works for spells & spell-like abilities.

Q174: Is there anything that grants immunity from acid as a player that is cheap (gp or LA wise)?

A 162: Almost never. There are exceptions, such as casting a quickened spell. Free actions, however, never provoke AoOs as far as I know.

So when I applied to CLW at CL 5: you get 1d8+5 (avg 9.5) multiplied by 1.5 (average ~14.25) while Maximize gives you 13.

Half Dragon(+3LA)... several types give Immunity to Acid

Void Mind(+1LA) also gives immunity to Acid

A174 Half-Dragon is pretty much your best bet. IIRC Void Mind makes you thrall to a Mind Flayer...
Acidborn (Dun) doesn't work for typical PC types and doesn't have a LA, but maybe your DM will let you adapt it.

Make a custom 1/day wondrous item that activates Energy Immunity (6th level, Draconomicon) - it has a 24 hour duration.

I'd say it probably follows the rule about touch spells - ie, you can cast it, move forward, and then attack with it, all in one round. (See pages 140 and 141 of the PHB). Yeah, I know Hideous Blow makes it not a touch attack, but as a DM, this would be a reasonable ruling, as the hideous blow effectively has a range of "touch" (being that you need to connect physically with the target.)

It does. Crystal Keep is wrong on this one. They switched LA/CR for it.

A 177: Yes, as long as you meet the requirements: flanking or FF. Assuming you are meaning attack of opportunity.
