Q 108 Does equipment for small creatures weigh less?  I would assume so, but I can't find an "official" rule for it.

Items marked with a superscript 1 in the Equipment table in the PHB weigh 1/2 the listed amount when made for Small characters. Containers with that mark also have 3/4 the listed carrying capacity when made for Small characters. Weapons and armor also have this factor of 1/2; it is mentioned in the description of the table headings in the PHB under "Weight".

Q110

What to expect of a low-level Factotum at the table? He would be fit to frontline, backup fighting, trickster and trapfinder only?
Good gaming for you.

Q111: Could a Duskblade 20/Enlightened Fist 7 with the ability to cast a Split-Ray Disintegrate (via Arcane Thesis and Sanctum Spell or some other method of reducing the spell level back to 5) be able to turn a Split-Ray Disintegrate into a touch spell via the Enlightened Fist's Hold Ray ability and then use that with Arcane Channeling (throwing down 8 Disintegrate spells in a turn in essence)?

Q112:

Is there a thread like "Myth: The XPH is overpowered" but then about Tome of Battle somewhere here or on the Wizards boards?

Some people in my party are somewhat unreasonable about it, stating things like:  "Swordsages are overpowered because they can do stuff fighters can't do."

Also, according to them comparing ToB to spellcasters (including Duskblades) is just wrong, because those are a completely different story...

It's pretty hard to reason with them.

I go by the argument of "does my character affect the enjoyment of the game for the other players?". Sometimes you have to state this question matter-of-factly to the dissenters. If it's a matter of beating up monsters, the DM should be able to adjust and metagame the battles as needed.

For the sake of being pedantic though, somewhere on 339 there's a thread (or it might be buried in one of the ToB threads) comparing damage output of a straight barbarian to a ToB class. Overall, I believe the barbarian actually outperformed the ToB class in raw damage, but it had more limited options.

Q115 Do aberrations qualify for aging penalties/bonuses, if racial tables aren't given.

Q116: Can a Factotum choose the same ability three times with Cunning Brilliance? It says, "choose three extraordinary class abilities," but makes no specification that these abilities must be different.

(By the way, Q111 still stands unanswered in case anyone would like to help me tackle that one.)

A115: By RAW, no, they do not. Your DM (or you if you are the DM) can make such information, however, if it is necessary or would improve the game (Rule 0).

A111: By RAW I believe not. The Arcane Channeling ability says it lets you cast touch spells you know through your weapon. The Hold Ray ability converts them to touch spells, but you don't know them as touch spells. I'm not too sure about this though...

Q119: Does an insight bonus to damage gain the damage's type?  Say, Knowledge devotion on Enervation?  Would it be 1d4+X negative levels?

A119: Well, first of all, damage and negative levels are two different things, so Knowledge Devotion will not add negative levels through Enervation.
