A241: The item creation feats are just that [Item Creation] feats, so definitely not, RAW. The metapsionic feats are slightly grayer area, but again, RAW, I would have to say that they don't count as [Psionic] feats because they're [Metapsionic] feats.

Edit:  :-[ forgot the answer number...oops

A241: No. A feat needs the [Psionic] tag to count for Psionic Body. That's what specifies a psionic feat for that purpose.

Never mind the insults (which are clearly 4Chan-level childish). You say people like Sunic are the bane of the internet? Try looking at your own post and telling me you are better than him.

Q243:for the purpose of spells and magical effects," but the KotSS class says "Your type changes to outsider, and you gain the native subtype (see the perfect self monk class feature)."

Thanks!

A 243 No for the monk, yes for the KotSS.
The monk's ability is probably not worded as intended but oh well. The KotSS ability specifies a change in type which overrides the referral to the monk's pseudo-change.

A244: Roleplay acquiring an acquired template?

Q245: When an Unseen Seer acquires a spell via Advanced Learning, is it considered an arcane spell for him?  Can I apply Arcane Thesis to it?  [edit] of course the spell in question is Hunter's Eye from the ranger's list[/edit]

A245: Yes, I am almost certain it is an arcane spell. Since it is added to your class spell list and your class spell list allows you to cast arcane spells, and the advanced learning feature even says, it "can be cast just like any other spell on your list," then I would say it is indeed an arcane spell regardless of whether it was originally arcane or divine. I could be wrong, but I don't think I am.

It's only a simple question if you mention the books available.
A246 (temporary) Periapt of Wis +2 is alway nice but expensive. Pearl of Power I, Healing Belt (MIC) are good. Ring of Sustenance if going someplace where rest/food will be hard to find. A magic weapon.
Mundane items: plate or breastplate, shield.

Q 247: If a pack of tiny creatures, say Imps, are ganging up on someone, and that person flees from the imps, do the imps get Attacks of Opportunity?  They are in the other creature's space, and despite having a reach of 0 ft, they always threaten their own square, and thus get AoO's, correct?

Q249: If you could have hybrid Wizard/Archivist casting (gestalt of those two classes) and had the option to give up 1 level of both progressions to take a single level of Sacred Exorcist (thus negating the lost level for Archivist) and grab Turn Undead, would it (being able to make use of feats, such as DMM, requiring turn attempts) be worth it?

Note: The hypothetical build here ends up with Wizard 19 (1 wizard level lost to Sacred Exorcist)/Archivist 16 spell progression (4 archivist levels lost elsewhere in an Arcane PrC) and the non-spell class features of a Wizard 15/Archivist 15.

A249: TBH the way you described the build doesnt make much sense to me but from what i could make of it... If you're gonna lose a caster level why not just take a cleric level and get domains with it (XP penalty in gestalt or not?). Is it worth it? thats kinda subjective, I would say so. DMM:Quicken could increase your actions per round and such.  Just take note that The DMM description seems to specify its specificly for divine spells.

Er, Archivist casts divine spells. Also, you lose the 1 wizard caster level, but as I said, the Sacred Exorcist PrC is used to advance Archivist casting (and thus caster level), so I'm not sure what the confusion was there on the lost caster level. That's also the reason I saw no sense in Cleric (since that would just give me three separate spellcasting abilities, whereas the Sacred Exorcist adds to Archivist).

I hope that helps with any answers regarding my question.

Okay So it isnt exactly a gestalt game? (if it were i was recommending something like cleric1/wizard19//archivist20, yay 19/20 bab lol) That was part of the confusion, The other part was where you said 4 levels of an arcane prc, but now that I see its more of a hybrid class thing it makes more sense.

In this case I'd say it is alot less worth it because Archivist progression stops at 16 and DMM would only apply to your archivist spells, On the other hand if those 4 prc levels were divine casting, You wouldnt be losing any divine casting progress at all and you could make the most use of DMM (on 9th lvl spells). Though this hybrid class is pretty OP i cant imagine dropping 4 levels for one sided progression. But for turning, sure.
