Depends how hard you focus on snake.  Only difference between a spell-less kraken and a sea serpent is the head is at the other end and it comes with a lot of friends.

Not serpentine, but the Leviathan from MM2 kind of fits I guess. Scyllan from Stormwrack (not sure)? The Sea Linnorm from Dr#356?

The Sea Linnorm from Dr#356?
That would definitely work. Dr #345 has a whole section on sea serpents of various CR.

Q24
Do Maneuvers learned from a Initiator class (or from Martial Study) count for prerequisites for Maneuvers learned in a different Initiator class?

Q10:
How can I increase the crit multiplier of my bow or arrows?

Deepwood Sniper is all I can think of so far...

Well time for a mighty *bump*!

Any help appreciated

A10: There's nothing to stop you from taking Improved Critical (longbow), AFAIK. Likewise, you can give it the keen enhancement (it's a piercing weapon; there's nothing to limit it to melee weapons), and the keen edge spell specifically says "Target: One weapon or fifty projectiles...." Beyond that, I don't know of anything.

Q25: If I'm a cleric 3/paladin 5, what's my effective cleric level for turning undead? Is it cleric levels plus paladin levels minus 3 (therefore, in this case, 5), or cleric levels plus paladin levels (8), or do the two not actually stack at all (so take the higher one, which is cleric 3)? I'm guessing it's the first one, but I'm not sure...

improved crit and keen increase the threat range, they don't do anything with the multiplier.

A25 Yes, it's cleric + paladin, so 5 in this case.

Dragondoom?  It increases the multiplier when used against dragons, anyway.
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

A 26

Yes, unless he has a way not to. The only thing a dwarf gets to ignore in respect to medium or heavy armor is the movement penalty.
It's all about vision and making reality conform to your vision. By dropping a fucking house on it.

Q27 Does moving around spell effects (Flaming sphere and similar) so that they enter the square of an enemy count as an attack for the purpose of invisibility? I'm not sure wether this would fall under the "causing harm indirectly" or the "targeting the foe" clause.

Isn't fast healing Ex, at least in some cases? Or even Regeneration?

Healing salve (Tome and Blood) is an alchemical item that heals 1d8 damage and costs 50 gp.

I've always wondered what the advantage of that was over a CLW which gave you a +1 over that as well.

Well if it's not classified as a spell from the healing subschool, it could apply to full affect on a warforged.
