Thanks.. but seems like they add a 100 gp charge at the end of it as well, so its 26020 gp. But thanks.

Q142: How does Improved Uncanny Dodge work against
a) multiclassed Rogues
b) non-rogues (with Assassin's Stance f.e.)
c) Rogue/Assassin's?

Q140:Are there any templates that can be added to a Construct?
There's a section in Dragon magazine 327 that talks about all the different templates for constructs. There's also Bloodstained.

A142: If you are the defender:
a) Classes that grant Uncanny Dodge stack to determine the minimum Rogue level needed to flank you.  If the attacker has four more Rogue levels than the sum of your classes that grant Uncanny Dodge, the attacker flanks you and can make a sneak attack.
b) Non-Rogues can't flank you.
c) Same as a), since Assassin grants Uncanny Dodge they stack to determine the minimum Rogue level required to flank you.

A142: If you are the attacker:
a) Your Rogue levels must be four higher than the sum of the target's classes that grant Uncanny Dodge if you want to flank the target and sneak attack.
b) You cannot flank a target with Improved Uncanny Dodge if you have no Rogue levels.
c) Same as a)

Question 143: What happens if a player under the effect of an Incorporal Jaunt spell drops a handheld item he was holding at the time of casting? Does the item remain incorporeal or does it become corporeal again once it loses contact with the player?

Do you mean Ethereal Jaunt? If so, then yeah, the item would be stuck on the ethereal plane.

Can you get them back by another Ethereal Jaunt?

Q 144: Vermin companions don't get feats normally due to their mindlessness. However, at Druid level 6, they get 1 feat, +1/3 HD. Combine this with the Arcane Heirophant's Companion Familiar ability, which gives it an Int score. Would this give it twice as many feats as normal? (ie: One set for having an Int score, and another set as part of the special ability.)

Yes, it would remain in the same place on the ethereal plane until some outside force acts on it.

Q 138 Is there any way for a 1st level cleric to use a 5th level spell without needing to buy a scroll or staff? Looking to get Earth Hammer. Wands stupidly stop at 4th level.

Q 139 PC just gained the Air subtype through a template. It says that "Air creatures always have fly speeds and usually have perfect maneuverability." However, the template doesn't say anything at all about gaining a fly speed, or the ability to fly. So how does this work then? All it got was "all movement abilities are now double speed, and gains the air subtype."

Lost Empires of Faerun, and I'd say that the writers of the template just ignored that generalization, and so can you.

The template got used on a Storm Giant, and it didn't have a flight speed. I don't know. It's weird.

Well, a Sanctum Spell earth hammer would be 4th-level outside of the caster's sanctum, so that should work. There are also scepters in LEoF, which are hybrid wand-staves that go up to 7th-level spells.

Other than those, a use-activated item would work, although it'd be stupid expensive. You might just be better off getting a weapon permanently enchanted with earth hammer at that point.

The only problem with enchanted permanently is it's not permanent unless it's cast on yourself, not someone else. A good enough dispel would kill it.

Paladins can make wands of earth hammer, and clerics can use those wands.  You could get a minor schema (Magic of Eberron), but that has complications.

Q 139 PC just gained the Air subtype through a template. It says that "Air creatures always have fly speeds and usually have perfect maneuverability." The 3.5 update booklet for Manual of the Planes gives the half elemental template the same issue.  The writers of dragon magazine gave half air elementals a fly speed in their 3.5 template class.

I should be able to afford a wand from a paladin. Probably be about 6th level for the caster level.

I definitely remember the updated template. Just seemed weird that it says in the SRD that anyone with the air subtype is supposed to be able to fly, but somehow not all of them necessarily actually have the ability.
