Q88: What are some good str penalty spells (any list) to help out with some SoDs? I'm having difficulty finding optimal SoDs...
I'm actually having difficulty finding good (non-death or mind-affecting or paralysis or situational) SoDs where the enemy no longer has actions. The closest I can think of is form-changing like glass strike or PAO, but shapechangers don't care about either right?

Ray/Waves of Exhaustion imposes a -6 Str penalty, IIRC.

Q89: What would happen if you cast Mind Rape on yourself? what reason could you possibly have to do so?
That was somewhat misleading on my part. Think of it as self-confidence, self-image, the ego, and other such things, not people skills. Someone with a low Charisma who goes insane is probably suffering crippling self-doubt or has a skewed perception of him/herself (or, given the power of the entities in the Cthulhu mythos, an accurate perception of his or her place in the universe).

Q90: How do Bloodlines from UA interact with prestige classes that advance caster level? Essentially, would a Wizard 3 / Master Specialist 3 / Bloodline 3 have the spells per day of a Wizard 6 but CL 12? Or would it be Wizard 6 / CL 9?

IIRC, it would be spells of a 6th level, but caster level 12.

Q89: What would happen if you cast Mind Rape on yourself? what reason could you possibly have to do so?

You would be able to completely rewrite your personality, including alignment. You could erase secrets while leaving yourself some kind of reminder if you needed to recover them.

As a general rule, murdering people and taking their stuff is pretty much superior to breaking their stuff, murdering them, then not having any stuff to take.

Might make for some interesting self-imposed 'Memento' shenanigans. Might be a good way to get away with some sort of crime or escape punishment if the main method of interrogation involved reading your mind.

Nah, I play in a Vampire LARP here, so ways to plot without getting caught are always on my mind.

Q 91 Is there a feat that allows you to learn more cantrips (namely for sorcerers)?

Q92 Does the movement from Travel Devotion count as a move action?  The first line of the benefit section seems to contradict the second on that subject.

A92: Travel Devotion allows you to move up to your speed as a swift action each round it is active.
The next thing I say to you will be true.
The last thing I said was false.

That's not exactly the question.  The question is does it count as a move action?  Can I do things with it that are normally a move action?

That's not the question.  The question is does it count as a move action for the purposes of things that trigger on move actions, such as the capstone ability of the Blade of Orien PrC?

That's not defined as far as the description of the feat goes, I think. So it falls into the realm of "Ask your DM." FWIW, I'd say it counts.

Q100 (yeuh). Is there a way to remove the "straight line" requirement from charging? I'd like to be able to make a more curved trajectory.

Yes it does. Thanx.

There's also a feat in the EPH for those of a psionic bent.

Psionic Charge. This does the same as the skilltrick, requires you to expend your psionic focus and has an other psionic feat as prereq: Speed of Thought. Nice, but to expensive and only for psy.

Travel Devotion doesn't give you a move action.  It allows you to move up to your speed.

Magical Training, PGTF.  Gives you 3 cantrips AFAIK.

A93: potions? I assume you want reusable though, so the question becomes, do you have UMD?

If not there is a cantrip that gives 1 temp hp, a continuous or activated item of that might work. Belt of healing (750gp) is probably better though.

An amulet of tears (Magic Item Compendium) costs 2,300 gp and gives you 12 temporary hit points 3 times per day.  You could ask the DM about a version with 1 charge per day that costs about a third as much.
