Q41a:  Will legacy champion's Class Features advancement improve abilities that are directly tied to class level, like abjurant champion's Abjurant Armor ability?
Q41b:  Will legacy champion continue your spellcasting if you're using it to advance a class that did, but which has no spellcasting of its own?

Yes to both.  It advances as though it were the selected class in all ways that aren't noted otherwise-even if the class in question stopped beforehand.
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

Hmmm... seems like with Shield Ward and a bit of work you could develop into something of a mobile fortress.

That part isn't explicitly spelled out, right?

Q42:  I'm thinking of using a warlock dip for Darkness and Devil's sight invocations and something with Sneak Attack to make a mobile patch of gloom that eats people.  What's a more efficient way for a low-level character (with associated budget limitations) to gain total concealment in shadows than the Shadow Creature template, with its lovely Shadow Blend and nasty LA +2?

Question 43: Is a Haunting Presence that is possessing an object (Thus using the physical stats and abilities for an animated object of that size.) immune to the Dazed condition? While according to the Undead creature type entry an undead is not immune to daze, a haunting presence has no body to actually "daze" just it's spirit. In addition the dazed effect would not work on objects so would that not mean it would not work on an undead as well

If it requires a fort save then undead are immune at least.

If it doesn't require a Fort save, or if it does but the ability affects objects, then you should still get dazed. Nothing of Undead or Constructs/animated objects gives immunity to the dazed condition, and I don't think anything in Haunting Presence does so, either. Being dazed doesn't necessarily have anything to do with having a body (although since you're possessing an animated object, you do have one, albeit a nontraditional one).

Note that animated objects are treated as creatures of the Construct type, not as objects, so even if objects were immune to being dazed (and while it would rarely if ever be relevant, I don't see any rule actually granting said immunity), animated objects wouldn't be since they are treated as Constructs instead (which aren't immune).

A42  Dark Template or Blend Into Shadows (feat, DotU) will let you hide in the darkness.  But, are you looking for something more b/c you would like to make full attacks?

Ring of Darkhidden + HiPS and a good hide mod + magical darkness + Darkstalker. Only things with both darkvision + see invisible, or True Seeing, will be able to see you.

Just say it is. One of the sections talks about how one wizard's quarterstaff might be made of metal and covered in runes and one might be plain polished wood, but they are both covered by the same item entry and it's purely flavor.

Behind door number 2: A magic crown!
Behind door number 3: 4d6 giant bees, and THREE HUNDRED POUNDS OF HONEY!
They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...
Best metaphor I have seen in a long time.  I give you much fu.

Seven for the Barbarian-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Monks doomed to die,
One for the Wizard on his dark throne

Q 46

Are there any feats that give your Animal Companion plant-like traits or are otherwise supposed to make it plant-like?
It's all about vision and making reality conform to your vision. By dropping a fucking house on it.

I was indeed looking to full attack.  These are good for getting around though, and if I can get my sneak attack damage up high enough I may be okay with single shot damage.

@46: Polymorphing xD
There was some kind of question about making the animal companion a zombie-treant at Simple Q&A 25 or 26 IIRC, but I don't know if it was answered.
Q47: How can I enchant a shurikan to get some kind of returning? (the Returning-ability from DMG sucks since it only returns to the square the thrower was at the last turn, also it doesn't allow full attacks)

While the Teleporting ability is flat-out superior to Returning (same price, doesn't need line of effect to return and always returns to you), there is no point in enchanting a shuriken with it as it's destroyed the first time it hits.
