Hmmm... good point.  I'd been looking for things I could add on to the character, and hadn't considered slightly changing something already there.  I'm not liking that "of a lower level" bit, but I'll keep it in mind if I wind up looking to go point-proving.

yes.... half Minotaur is an Inherited Template and is applied first .... Dragonborn is Acquired, and removes all of the nice stuff from the first except attribute bonuses, speed, size

i thought so.. but it seemed like the rebirth allowed you to keep the pysical things of ur original self.. size, speed, movement etc.. and horns would be physical..

Q45:  is the bonus for Knowledge Devotion precision damage?  Would it work w/ regular (not greater) Manyshot?

I'm sure this has been asked before, and it may be just a DM call, but I couldn't find it by searching.
If it doesn't say it's precision damage, it's not. It's just a flat Insight bonus to attack and damage rolls.

Q 32

Exactly how important is Concentration to a Dragonfire Adept? I've seen people suggest to max it, but there aren't all that many invocations it would actually be needed for. Is it just one of those "You won't need it most of the time, but when you do need it you're screwed without it" things?
Bumping this. Also,

Q 47

Is there a way to apply sneak attack damage to a breath weapon or other line AoE? Preferably, one that involves an actual beam or similar, not a thrown weapon.

It's 4/3/2, plus 1 slot for your specialized school only. In the end, it's 5/4/3.

A 48

You would have six 0-level spells, five first-level spells, four second-level spells, and three third-level spells per day. In one slot of each level, you can only prepare a spell of your chosen school.

to gain the Sneak Attack damage... you need to be able to make an Attack Roll .... if you find a Line AoE that requires an attack roll .... then yes, otherwise No

A47: The only one I can think of that it would be possible is the Penetrating Shot feat, but even then it only affects the first target.
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

the problem with that .... notice:

Penetrating Shot
Type: General
Source: Player's Handbook II
You send a powerful shot cleaving through your enemies.
Prerequisite: Srr 15, Point Blank Shot, base attack bonus +10.
Benefit: When you make a ranged attack with a projectile weapon (such as a bow, crossbow, or sling), you can instead choose to unleash a single, mighty attack that blasts through multiple opponents. This attack requires a standard action, and your shot takes the form of a 60-foot line. Make a separate attack roll against each creature in the line. If struck, creatures along this line take damage from your shot, though any extra damage (such as from a sneak attack or a flaming weapon) is applied only against the first creature struck.
Special: A fighter can select Penetrating Shot as one of his fighter bonus feats.

also you need to be within 30'

It's a line AoE, which was the only qualification, so I don't see a problem with my response.

Ah, true.  Also not a throw weapon, but this is a projectile weapon ^.^

Bump?  ???

Q 40 Is there a pied piper PrC?
To add to this, the pied piper was the flute player who took all the rats out of the city, and drowned them, then took the children when he didn't get paid.

I thought I'd seen something like that once upon a time. Hoping to find it again.

Storm Disciple and Stormcaster come to mind, from Complete Psionic and Stormwrack respectively.  Of the three, I'd say Stormcaster is the best.

I saw something wotc put out that was themed that way, but it was just an evil bard who did a lot of fascination and mass suggest. It was for an article.

A gygaxian dungeon is like the world's most messed up game show.

Behind door number one: INSTANT DEATH!
Behind door number 2: A magic crown!
Behind door number 3: 4d6 giant bees, and THREE HUNDRED POUNDS OF HONEY!
They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...
Best metaphor I have seen in a long time.  I give you much fu.
Three Errata for the Mage-kings under the sky,
Seven for the Barbarian-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Monks doomed to die,
One for the Wizard on his dark throne
In the Land of Charop where the Shadows lie.
