I see that you want to solve problems. Not problems like, "What is beauty?," because that would fall within the purview of your conundrums of 'philosophy'. You want to solve practical problems. F'r instance, how are you gonna stop some big, mean Mother Hubbard from tearing you a structurally superfluous new behind? The answer: Use a gun. And if that don't work? Use more gun.
And if that fails try this

Q210Alright, I must be missing something. I went back to this thread by JanusJones looking for part of that combo I had forgotten for a BBEG, and realized I was either missing something, or he had a typo: How is he getting the Cha*2 to save penalties from the unseelie fey? My copy of the Dragon Compendium just says -Cha morale penalty to saves, not -Cha*2. Am I seriously missing something?

A210: I can't see any reason why he's applying double Charisma bonus. So apparently, what you are missing is whatever he was smoking at the time.  :)
A paladin's belt maybe? :lmao

Q215 I am getting confused on the text of Trickery Devotion Feat.
a) Exactly what is my Simulacrum able to do?
b) Is it only damaged by Area effects like a Unseen Servant?
c) Does it's Phantom Equipment retain Magical Properties of the original Equipment?
d) How would I calculate effects that need Ability Scores beyond STR? Does it use my characters other Scores?
e) What other things do I need to note?
Assume it is a Simulacrum of a 15th level character.

Please and Thank You.

IIRC, the errata dramatically nerfed that ability.

Q216:  Does damage reduction apply before or after another effect that also cuts incoming damage?

An example of what I mean:  A minion has used a ring of friend shield to cast shield other on his lich master.  An adventurer comes up and smacks the lich in the face with a non-transmuting sword for 90 damage, to which the lich's DR applies, and the minion takes half the damage.  Does the lich wind up taking 30 damage ((90/2)-15), or 37 damage (90-15)/2, rounded down)?

Q 217 I saw it earlier on here, but I can't find it now. What was the feat that allowed you to use all Performs?

A 217:
Versatile Preformer, CAd. page 112.?
Quote
VERSATILE PERFORMER
You are skilled at many kinds of performances.
Prerequisite: Perform (any) 5 ranks.
Benefit: Pick a number of Perform categories equal to
your Intelligence bonus (minimum 1). For the purpose
of making Perform checks, you are treated as having
a number of ranks in those skills equal to the highest
number of ranks you have in any Perform category. You
cannot change these categories once you have picked
them, but your score in them automatically increases
if you later add additional ranks in your highestranked
Perform category. You gain new categories of
your choice if your Intelligence bonus permanently
increases.
In addition, you gain a +2 bonus on a combined Perform
check when using two or more forms of performance at
the same time, such as a bard strumming a lyre while
singing. In such cases, add the bonus to the higher of
your two Perform skill modifiers.

the first, 90/2-15. The damage isn't taken until it's taken.

Q 218 Got an ogre mage with other HD class levels. It says "class levels +4" for determining their caster level. If they have a total of 13 HD, but only 5 of which are from the orge mage itself, it still counts as a 17th level caster, correct? He wants to take Quicken Spell-Like Ability for his next feat.

Q219: Do any cleric domains offer Haste as a domain spell?
Q220: Can a cleric get any arcane spells cast as arcane spells from his cleric casting?

I'm trying to work out how doable it is to plug cleric into swiftblade and use Spontaneous Domain Casting to have Haste available on demand.

A219:
Celerity domain gives you Haste.
A220:
Souther Magician perhaps?
I know that people use it the other way around, but I'm not sure about the specifics.

Q 221 Does a Pearl of Power give you back a spell-like ability? What can give you more spells per day for spell-like ability users?

Since a spell-like ability functions "just like a spell" except for certain things, by the rules as written, yes.

Q222
Bahamut is the only platinum dragon.  His stats are outlined in Deities and Demigods.

What energy type is his breath weapon?  To what energy types is he vulnerable, resistant, or immune?
Hood - My first answer to all your build questions; past, present, and future.

Speaking of which:
Don't even need TO for this.  Any decent Hood build, especially one with Celerity, one-rounds [Azathoth, the most powerful greater deity from d20 Cthulu].
Does it bug anyone else that we've reached the point where characters who can obliterate a greater deity in one round are considered "decent?"

Q223a:  Is there a way for a Tiny viper with a template that changes its racial Int adjustment to +0 and its type to magical beast to qualify for Southern Magician?  If no, then
Q223b: Can a cleric who happens to be a Tiny viper with a template blah blah get any arcane spells cast as arcane spells from his cleric casting?

No, actually.  You don't prepare spell-like abilities, and things that effect specifically effect spells and spell slots are completely different.

Q225:

I'm a little fuzzy on how Favored Power Attack, Leap Attack, Supreme Power Attack, and Legendary Force are supposed to interact with each other. Can anyone help clarify?

More info:

I don't yet have an exact build, but was planning one, and saw the tasty synergy. I think the build will look something like:
Valenar Elf,  Ranger (Elven sub. level)(Arcane Hunter) 2/ Barbarian (Pounce)(Whirling Frenzy) 1/ Fighter 1/ Warblade 1/ Revenant Blade 5/ Frenzied Berserker 10

Thanks.

Basically you charge in, convert your entire BAB to power attack, switch the attack penalty to AC via shock trooper, then don't even bother counting damage, the target dies unless you roll a 1.

A 224: Be a halfling and take the first level halfling monk sub level from Races of the Wild.  It gives you skirmish.  Oh, crap; just realized that doesn't get you what you want.

Q226: Other than the PHB, where can I find familiars available from level 1 (as a Sorcerer class feature)?
Witty sayings? Nah, not right now. Currently playing Dwarf Fortress and League of Legends. I really recommend League of Legends.
