Q 30 A creature is CR 7 and has "standard" treasure, but only uses natural attacks and has not items on them. How much is the treasure worth? The amount of the CR (7400), or something else?
the standard 7400. It's likely to have it in a lair depending on int, though.
And some of its treasure is likely stuff left over from other things it has killed.
Some of it may be single use items it can use, as well, like potions. Mostly from things it's killed, if it has enough int.

Q 31a Which is better, Celestial Familiar (most likely Musteval Guardinal) or Dragon Familiar (Most likely Gold Dragon wyrmling)?

Q 31b If both feats were taken, could the celestial template be added to a dragon?  Would that even be worth it?

Q 32

Exactly how important is Concentration to a Dragonfire Adept? I've seen people suggest to max it, but there aren't all that many invocations it would actually be needed for. Is it just one of those "You won't need it most of the time, but when you do need it you're screwed without it" things?

Q33 What is the lowest ECL race that qualifies that has more than 2 arms?
Am I the only one who's mind was broken when they realized the implication of the existence of the aberration bloodline.

That qualifies for what? Thri-kreen is a pretty standard one. Do they have to be functional arms? Would the insectile template applied to things work?

They're smaller weaker Sharns...
A player once asked me if there was any way to make a Tarrasque more evil... 3 sessions later he was stoned with D20s as the PC led an exidus out of the path of a Dire Tarrasque of Legendary Wonder.

Yeah, right in the ECS. Check the statblock, it clearly says "Level Adjustment: +2".

Q34:

Is there a way for a Cleric to use a Magic Jar type spell? Or is there the same thing but differently named on either the Druid or Cleric Lists?

Q35: Is there a list of armours?

Alternately, if someone could recommend a light armour with a high AC and a (relatively) low +Dex, that would work too.
Witty sayings? Nah, not right now. Currently playing Dwarf Fortress and League of Legends. I really recommend League of Legends.

Not so much a list, but on CrystalKeep, there's an Equipment pdf with pretty much all of the available armors.

If you stop ignoring 289 pages telling what the intent is to stretch "more power" in your own god complexion of your interpretation trumps all to cover ability adjustments from aging then I will ignore a quarter page of rules that exist within a sidebar.
I think in this case the grammar is less important than whether the Str and Dex bonus provided to your created undead scales.
