Q13: whats this "why kids like cinnamon toast crunch" business I keep seeing around the forums?
A 13

There was/is a commercial on TV for a brekfast cereal named Cinnamon Toast Crunch that had an actor in the role of various "experts" and whatnot showing off all the cool stuff he can do. Then the kids held a bowl of the cereal under his nose and said "But can you see why kids love the taste of Cinnamon Toast Crunch?", and he always hilariously misguessed. Read: It's a meme, don't think too hard about it.
Ah, I've been literally been living on a (very) small tropical island for most of my life, so I've never seen that one.

Q 15 Other than Telekinesis, Prestidigitation, and Mage Hand, what other spells are there to move objects and/or people?

Q 16: What means, save for the "ring the golden bell" feat(Which sucks), can one add range to their natural attacks? looking for feats, spells or magic items....
A player once asked me if there was any way to make a Tarrasque more evil... 3 sessions later he was stoned with D20s as the PC led an exidus out of the path of a Dire Tarrasque of Legendary Wonder.

There's a lower level cleric spell that'll do it. I'll have to go look for which one it is.

EDIT: Blood Wind from SPC. Archivist/Cleric/Wizard/Sorcerer level 1 spell. Subject uses natural weapons as thrown weapons.

A16b: You could enchant an Amulet of Natural Attacks (Or whatever the one from Savage Species is) with Throwing and Returning.

Witty sayings? Nah, not right now. Currently playing Dwarf Fortress and League of Legends. I really recommend League of Legends.

Normally I would say this is a silly idea, but that's actually the example one that they use!
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

Is there a big list of every race with racial weapon proficiencies? If so I can't find one.

Dude, if you're playing a Sharn, just open your portals strategically around the battlefield. Unless the battlefield is huge, you'll easily cover the whole thing.

A17 I think your best bet might be Crystalkeep.com which has PDF's that summarize all or most races in 3.5.

Were talking about a huge area... bare minimum 80' radius. I need to saturate it with threatened area.

Increasing your reach is probably your best bet, then. Or you could use Extended Blood Winds, I suppose.

Lords of Madness, in the Neogi section, has some guidelines on slaves bought from Neogi.

Q 19

Let's say a Dragonfire Adept UMDs a Staff of Breath Weapon Admixture to make his breath weapon deal both cold and fire damage. He does so while holding a Flaming weapon and a Frost weapon and wearing a Dragon Spirit Cincture. Would the DSC apply a +1 or a +2 bonus to the breath weapon's DC? My guess is a +1, but I can hope, can't I? :D

Specifically under nonassociated class levels.
