Q 100

when using spells like open least chakra or the feats of the same name...
what is you effective meldshaper level?
since some effects rely on that.
Oopsies, fixed me number.  :p

A100 Your meldshaper level is equal to your class level you gained the soulmeld from. Now I am assuming you meant to include the Shape Soulmeld feat in the question, and for soulmelds from that, your meldshaper level is 1/2 your character level.

Q101
If you were to take a level in Ur-Priest and later become a non-evil alignment would you still be able to take levels in Ur-Priest without becoming evil again, seeing, does this hold true for other requirements aswell?
Oh boy, I get to say it again! Ur Priest has a non-evil adaptation.

As far as general goes, check out Complete Warrior page... 16? It talks about it. If you fail to meet preqs at any time you lose all abilities granted. However, if you gain them again, you get the abilities back..

I would say your Meldshaper level is unchanged.  No spellcaster can shape soulmelds without other investments, so you use that Meldsahper level (wether it be Shape Soulmeld or a Meldshaper class level).

Q102 is there a weapon enchantment that gives Two-weapon fighting as a bonus feat?
First off, the Joker is a smooth operator. He is very good at convincing people of things, twisting them to further his goals. This is the guy who turned Harvy Dent into Two Face with a simple Bluff check and ten minutes of RP.

Q103: I'm building an 8th level Warlock and I want one of my invocations to be a Dispel variant.  Since I only have 2 lesser Invocations at this point, I only want one.  My two options are Voracious Dispelling and Relentless Dispelling.  The first adventure of this campaign will be into a Kobold lair, and I took it on myself to use Dispelling with Detect Magic to act as a trapmonkey for magical traps only (safer if I fail than the rogue does, since I can do it at range).  However, I also plan on using it as a debuff in-combat.  Which invocation will serve my purposes better?

Relentless dispelling as it is much better in combat while still being just a useful for trap dispelling, also it allows you to dispel things faster.

This was my initial thought, but then I remembered that Relentless Dispelling is only a targeted dispel while Voracious can do anything that normal Dispel Magic can do.  It's a tough call if the repeating and increased likelyhood of removing buffs/spells/traps outweighs the ability to counterspell, since we all know how well Kobolds take to magic.

Counterspelling sucks ass. If you're going to ready an action, ready an action to just blast them to disrupt their spell. Targetted Dispels are much more potent in combat, because you can potentially take down all of a caster's buffs (with one casting) instead of just one of them.

Q 95 How do you add a breath weapon to a spellscale, short of making them a dragonborn or adding a draconic graft?
Half Dragon template

dragon heratage and feats

a 7 feat combanation I know of that will give you a poisonous breathe weapon.

Do tell, if you would. The feat combination.

Start with a race with a natural bite attack(all but the first feat is from forgotted Relms):
use poison
poisonous bite
poisonous spit
poisonous spray

There were 3 other feats to increase the poison's deadlyness
A player once asked me if there was any way to make a Tarrasque more evil... 3 sessions later he was stoned with D20s as the PC led an exidus out of the path of a Dire Tarrasque of Legendary Wonder.

I should have been more specific. I was looking for maps of the boats and what not too. Like those in Savage Tides. There's actually a lot of adventures that have you on a ship. That'd come in handy.

And I see you used "Roleplaying maps" instead of "D&D maps". Yours came up with better results.

I happen to know there is a good ship map in issue 96 of KoDT.
What does that stand for?

Q102 is there a weapon enchantment that gives Two-weapon fighting as a bonus feat?
No but there is a set of gloves in MiC.
Which one's that?

Oh I wasn't looking for a way to get it as good, it was just the first PrC that popped into my mind with an alingment requirement.

Q106: Has anyone statted up a Paladin 2/ something/Apostle of Peace 4/Greyguard 10?  You can get a ton of benefits, ninth level spellcasting, and the moral flexibility to actually use them.

Q107:

Are there any items in 3.5 that explicitly increase the save DCs of a caster's spells? With explicitly I mean that the item itself says "save DC is increased", which excludes items that achieve this indirectly by boosting the main casting stat.

Though you have to take vow of nonviolence that will probably hinder you somewhat. RAW sacrament of true faith only prevents loss of class abilities I think.

Plus you are better off playing a cleric.

Q107: Is there any way of getting preform as a class skill permanently?
for:
Shadow Dwarf (With LA buyoff)
Wizard 4/Bard 2/Fighter 1/Runesmith 1/Ur Priest 2/Sublime Chord 2/Fochlucan Lyrist 8

There is an impressive list of skill requirements though you can get enough skill points with 18 INT I think...

It's a spell actually, 4th level in the spell compendium. I cannot remember the name of it. It actually reduces it by two rounds, not to two rounds..

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.
