Oh god... ask your DM? :P
...they really didn't think it through when they made those metamagics, did they?
thus, the results of "inside the box" thinking (and assuming that your readers think inside that same box).

If you stop ignoring 289 pages telling what the intent is to stretch "more power" in your own god complexion of your interpretation trumps all to cover ability adjustments from aging then I will ignore a quarter page of rules that exist within a sidebar.
I think in this case the grammar is less important than whether the Str and Dex bonus provided to your created undead scales.

Q159: Searching relentlessly for feats that increase base overland movement. Edit: Searching for ways/feats that improve the 'Jump' check.

Looks like someone is making a Dragoon...  :D

Raptoran race/Dragonborn template both give +10 racial bonus to Jump checks.
Thri'Keen give a +30 racial to Jump.

Feats:
Vault Dragon Mag #331 p28 (When wielding a pole arm, a list of which can be found a few pages before this feat, you gain some boosts to your jumps.)
Leap of the Heavens PH2 p80 (No bonus, but lets you make standing jumps as if you were running.)
Vestigial Wings Fiendish Codex I p87 (+3 for each feat of a certain type, but taking two or more forces your alignment to shift to chaotic)

Magic Items:
Sandal of Springing (Complete Psionic version) 6000g, +15 enhancement bonus to Jump

Leap of the heavens is the winner!!!!, exactly what i was looking for. I'm actually making a Swifthunter(scout/ranger). With 1 level of Warblade for 'Sudden Leap,' the 'Leap of the Heavens' feat helps me to activate skirmish with just a jump check of 20, with no use restrictions on use besides maneuver recovery.
Revenge is a dish best served cold.

Q161
How do feats/abilities such as Easy Metamagic, Practiced Metamagic, etc., interact with Heighten Spell?  For example, could a character heighten a fireball spell to 9th level, but have it only take an 8th level spell slot?

Thanks.

Q163
Where can I find a list oc SLAs and supernatural abilities categorized by creature?

For example, if I wanted a creature who had wish as a SLA or SU, I could find demon (glabrezu) [12HD], genie (efreeti) [11HD], genie (noble djinni) [10HD], solar [22HD], and zodar (Fiend Folio 199) [16HD].
Hood - My first answer to all your build questions; past, present, and future.

Speaking of which:
Don't even need TO for this.  Any decent Hood build, especially one with Celerity, one-rounds [Azathoth, the most powerful greater deity from d20 Cthulu].
Does it bug anyone else that we've reached the point where characters who can obliterate a greater deity in one round are considered "decent?"

Q 164 I'm reading up on an adventure module with vampires and vampire hunters in it, and the NPCs all have wooden stakes and silver coins, but no silver weapons. Now I know it says that they have DR 10/magic and silver, and under weaknesses it says that a wooden stake driven through their heart instantly slays a vampire, but how exactly does that work? Is there a damage listing for stakes? Is it like a dagger, but wooden? Is that the exception to the rule of their DR 10/silver and magic? Why don't wooden arrows have the same effect?

Q 165 Where can I find the variant rule where instead of instant death, you take 20d6?

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...

A161: It varies from one to another. Some of them specify that they can't be used with Heighten at all (like Arcane Thesis). The other ones presumably work, and it should be possible to do what you're describing with them.

Q166:  Does anyone know of any third-party materials or perhaps well thought-out homebrew that alters the age/size/HD progression of dragons to make them more PC friendly at older ages and/or larger sizes?

How about: take the dragon's CR, add +2, and that's its ECL. Reduce it's hit dice to that number, also. This is basically taken from Frank and K's Races of War homebrew.

Thats definitely a possibility.  I noticed they have a third method of monster converstion that they mention will be explained in a later set of homebrew material, the Tome of Tiamat.  In the prestige class section, under the dragon lancer, they have an example of a dragon with altered age and size progression and say that new dragon progression rules will be introduced in the Tome of Tiamat.  Is that Tome available yet?  The only thing I could find was half finished draft.

No, they quit working on them. So it will likely never be finished.

Are you sure? I got told it was the epic level handbook by a player. I just can't find it though. The reason being is that they've been using that rule even before PF came out.

Yes, in general. It depends on how they got the 4 arms, though. If they're natural, they certainly can. Most shapechanging magic prohibits it, though. Of course, without the Multiweapon Fighting feat, they'll take big penalties.

I don't see why not. at least, something similar was the place for my "overburdened mantis" build. (not optimized, just funny. a tri-keen monkey gripping two fullblades. the image gets me every time.)

Probably the best set of clearly-defined rules for this is the thri-kreen and gythka.  It says that a thri-kreen can use two gythkas simultaneously, but takes penalties as though wielding all one-handed weapons.  How or if this applies to other similar situation is up to you and the DM.
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

Here is a monster class variant with a few dragons already done.
