Q107:

Are there any items in 3.5 that explicitly increase the save DCs of a caster's spells? With explicitly I mean that the item itself says "save DC is increased", which excludes items that achieve this indirectly by boosting the main casting stat.
Veil of Allure from MIC boosts Enchantment spell save DC's by 2.
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

Q104: If I remember correctly there's a magic item that reduces the number of turns an assassin needs to study his opponent to 2 rounds. Does anyone know what/where this is
It's a spell actually, 4th level in the spell compendium. I cannot remember the name of it. It actually reduces it by two rounds, not to two rounds..
I didn't see it under assassin spells in the SpC
First off, the Joker is a smooth operator. He is very good at convincing people of things, twisting them to further his goals. This is the guy who turned Harvy Dent into Two Face with a simple Bluff check and ten minutes of RP.

That's because I lied, it's in Complete Mage. Deathsight.

They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...

Cha based SU abilities only for that item, so spells are unaffected.

No, I am correct.  It's Enchantment spells and spell-like abilities and any Cha-based Extraordinary and Supernatural abilites.  I didn't mention the last two because they weren't necessary for the question.

Q108  Would it be possible to combine Draconic Wildshape (feat) plus Master of Many Forms (level 10: dragons) to get Large+ sized dragon forms with Su and Ex abilities?  How does the feat and the class interact?

Q 109: What ways are there to have rogue and assassin levels stack for the purpose of being able to cast higher level spells?

Q 110 Did any of the original pantheon deities get renamed so that they could be included in Eberron? If so, where can I learn their new names?

Q 111 What's a good trade off for Eberron action point feats? For example, Heroic Spirit which gives you +3 AP per level (which can be used to increase any save, or attack, or anything else for 1-3 points).

Q112: Is there a handbook anywhere that deals with expanding spell lists, if not... can someone give me a few ways to possibly get Glibness onto my spell list without being a Bard or Archivist?

Q 113: What type of stat bonuses count toward the Requisites of a PrC?
A player once asked me if there was any way to make a Tarrasque more evil... 3 sessions later he was stoned with D20s as the PC led an exidus out of the path of a Dire Tarrasque of Legendary Wonder.

Pretty much all of them.  If they wear off, though, you lose most benefits of the PrC until they come back.

Does the same count for feats?

There is a (cursed) spellbook that grants the feat Spellfocus (enchantment) which boosts save DCs (it even gives you the price for a version without the curse, handy.)

Eternal wand of glibness allows any arcane caster to use it twice a day. UMD+runestaff also works.

Q 114
As an addendum to Q 107
Q107:

I should have been more specific. I wanted to ask for items that are interesting for a cleric.

Since the spell schools (and therefore spell focus feats) in my opinion are cut more with a wizard in mind such an item probably is not that easy to find.
