Q 184: Why is Reverse Gravity considered a killer spell? I am clearly missing something, since the way I read it, the area of Reversed Gravity is "up to one 10-ft. cube per two levels", and falling damage is (by DMG) 1d6 for every 10 feet you fall; that means 1d6 per two levels if you pile up the cubes, which doesn't seem to be that much to me. Is there any other effect that makes it good, or am I misinterpreting something?
Gate (the travel version) above/beneath them, to send them somewhere nasty.

Or Prismatic Wall/Sphere/etc to do the same.

You have to do something else to them, though. As you've noted, you sure aren't going to do much besides tickle them with the falling damage.
Unless they have no means to fly, because then they just float helplessly until the spell ends.

They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...

Did you mean the positive energy plane? Undead thrive on the NEP, but even positive energy based creatures die in the PEP.

I think it's on GiantITP (least such a list was there)

Q 186 I know of Magic in the Blood, which is good for racial creatures that get more uses of their spell-like abilities (ie gnomes), but what about a feat that gives you additional spell-like abilities per day when you got them as a feat, or anything like that? Aside from Eberron's "use 2 action points to gain an additional use per day".

Q187: since, technically, the wording of the pyrokineticist ability heat death states that it uses a full attack action, could you time stands still double use it? may require hustle+psionic meditation.

what about abilities that increase your output on a full attack, such as the raging mongoose boost?

It looks like you can.  Interesting.

Is this doable outside of Gestault?

No, but it is fun to think about.  On the other hand, it does mean that it could be an interesting option to Shadow-pouncers or multi-pouncers.

focus maneuvers on diamond mind and/or tiger claw.
use the martial study feat to nab maneuvers in question. if not, items work too.  grab hustle any way you want, or just use a belt of battle instead(since this is only nabbing move actions, thats 3/day).

He was referring to Time Stands Still, which needs an IL of 17.  That's impossible to get with 9 levels of Pyro.

I'm still of the school of thought that the martial study feat says "pre-requisites" and not "initiator level listed for grabbing maneuvers via class features".  so, I would argue that you could pick it up as soon as you get 5 diamond mind maneuvers and have a spare feat.

Q 188 The Insightful Strike that a swashbuckler gets at 3rd lvl is kind of nice, but is there a way you could get that as a feat? Or a feat that mimics that?

yes .... try this:

Combat Insight
Your keen intellect allows you to place melee attacks where they will inflict the most damage.
Prerequisites: Int 19, Epic Prowess, Expertise, base attack bonus +15.
Benefit: When wielding a melee weapon, add your Intelligence modifier rather than your Strength modifier to the weapon's damage rolls.

play a DW kobold they will qualify before having 20 levels.

I know not what you were looking for but i don't think there is any faster way or really better way for int to damage most of the time.
Clerics and Druids are like the 4 and 2 in 42. Together they are the answer to the ultimate question in D&D.
Retire the character before the DM smacks you with the Table as the book will feel totally inadequate now.-Hazren

So basically the answer is "No, you have to be a Swashbuckler 3 if you want that ability unless you can wait to be epic level, or near epic if you don't want to be human."

In that case, house rules it is. I don't like doing it, but when you've got no other choice...
