Q 65 Is there a way to get past DR epic/X short of having a force weapon or shadowstrike (don't remember which book it's in) when you're less than 20th level?

Using the Bolt power works.  You can create +6 ammunition by level 16.  +7 by 19.
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

For that matter, so could Metaphysical Claw/Weapon and Call Weaponry with Overchannel/Wild Surge/Torc of Power Preservation.

Force, get a weapon that does force damage.

Interesting. Gotta love psionics. Too bad I know nothing about it. That being lvl 16 thing is good to know. But why so late in the game? If you've got a psion, and a decent INT, spending even 30 points should be nothing.

You can't spend more points than your manifester level.

Bump!

Q50 Can the gleaming property from Expanded Psionics be applied to a shield or say a Shirt of the Fey?  My character is using a Bracers of armor +8 and monk's belt for armor but I like having that 20% chance of being missed.

No advancement, correct.

At least, by hd. Could always template.

Fair enough. Just thought that a Master of the Wild Moon-Warded Ranger would be fun. It definitely fits the bill since he usually fights during the light of the moon, and is more powerful when soaking it up.

Well there's no rule that says, as the DM, you can't advance him anyhow.

True, but if "--" normally means you can't upgrade him aside from templates, then I likely won't. The templates idea might be good enough though.

Q51: Is there a (relatively easy) way to give a Behir a burrow speed and tremorsense?

EDIT:
Q52: Does Spring Attack work with a burrow speed, or is there an equivalent feat for burrowers?

Thanks,
~Bowen
Tremorsense from a graft in Fiend Folio.

Burrow speed from mineral warrior?
Thanks :)

Any way to get a Burrow Speed that doesn't kill your flight speed?
I forgot to mention it's for a Half-Fiend Behir :P
Bump~

Also: Q63: Are there any acquired (so not inherited) templates that grant a fly speed that can be added to a Mineral Warrior Behir?

Thanks,
~Bowen
Half-fiend?
That's inherited...
Not if you use the template class.
http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/sp/20031010a
winged template, SS?
Kind of sucks, unfortunately.

I agree that Dragonborn is probably your best option, aside from template class+buyoff cheese.
Well, it's for an evil NPC anyway (which is why I'd like to stay away from Dragonborn), so LA isn't really a problem.

Thanks, guys :)

Wow, this quote wall is getting terrifying. Anyway, not sure if you need more, but the Lemorian template is a sentient creature turned into a half-fiend, from Dungeon Magazine 143.
