Found the Gun Mage, but that's Iron Kingdoms, not 'official' D&D, so requires DM fiat and the Ballisteer, which requires extensive updating to 3.5

Also:
Q185: Are there any 'sniping' options out there, i.e. abilities of any kind that provide bonus damage if you make only a single ranged attack, that don't require a full-round action and aren't sneak attack/skirmish/sudden strike?

I know of the 'Sniper' Scout, but that's a full-round action and I need something that only costs a standard action to make said 'sniping' attack.

A181 Dragon Magazine #280 has a feat called: Enspell Familiar. The benefit is: "You are always considered to be in contact (with) your familiar for the purpose of casting shared spells. Thus any spell you cast on yourself also affects your familiar, as long as it is within 1 mile of you.

Immediately above that feat is a note under the description of Familiar Feats that reads: "At the DM's option, they might also be available to druids with animal companions."

That being said, I don't think this info negates the possibility that you are crazy... you could still be a little wonky.

As for Arcane Archer, 2 problems:
1) Bows only, looking for something that'll work with any ranged weapon
2) Not actually channeling, just delivering, subtle difference in my mind

Ok, I'm having a brain fart. I assume Spell-like Abilities cannot be used in the magic item creation process, but when I'm double checking the rules just to make sure, I'm falling short of convincing myself.

Q 184 Can Spell-like Abilities be used to provide the spell prerequisites needed to craft magic items?

Q 185 If so, can the Caster Level for said Spell-like satisfy the Caster Level requirement to take Item Crafting Feats?

For answers, can you please include a page reference so I can view the primary source with my own eyes?

Looking for Items, Spells, or anything else not coming to mind. Generic +1 to CL items are probably better spend on the party wizard so I'm not looking for thoses unless they are Really cheap.

Q 187: Can the Heroics spell stack with another Heroics spell? Meaning can you grant two or more feats with more castings?

A186: There are various ways to boost your caster level. The Craft Magic Tattoo spell is probably the easiest. IIRC, it adds +1 or +2 to your CL and lasts 1 day/CL. It's a 2nd level wizard spell. You have to have a CL of like 11 or 13 to get that function, though.

A187: Ask your DM. The rules aren't really clear there, RAI or RAW. I don't remember if there are any relevant Sage or FAQ comments on this kind of thing.

Lots of the oozes can do that (black pudding comes to mind), and there is a multi-headed template in savage species.

Sentry Ooze from Dungeonscape makes an Ooze intelligent, IIRC.

None that work for all of those, at least. Depending on what senses are used, different spells might work. For example, Silence migth negate the Blingsight/-sense of creatures that rely on hearing like bats or Destrachans.
