This isn't going to be like the AI in those horrible Resident Evil movies, is it? :P

So in order to focus on my two main PbP games, I will relegate the side-tales to semi-regular updates, but on a much less frequent scale.

It is always my goal to update the main game at least once a day, but since the side-stories are exactly that; side-stories, I will take my time with those as to avoid burn-out.

And whereas I encourage daily posting from you, the players-- I hold no such expectations where your individual threads are concerned. Take any and all the time you wish to reply to those posts. Those are meant to move along at YOUR own pace anyway, not mine.

Anyway, with that being said; happy weekend, and I'll see you guys on the boards!

I am quite possibly the only person in the world who hasn't seen the movies and only played part of one of the games like years and years ago. So I have to wonder why you all are freaking out at this little girl in a red dress thing. Based on Jace's description she is probably just an aspect of the systems AI or something if I were to venture a guess.

Because the AI that showed up as a little girl in a red dress killed almost everybody in the entire movie.

Heavyarms smiles; 'thank you Abaume, you are a magnificent help to us' is all he can think while the machine prattles away about the system it's run on. He looks around the group, rather pleased for a moment, and when the machine finally stops, he speaks again, the one thing he knows they will need. "Map!" he says with a bit of vigor, like a child suggesting cake for his breakfast.

Sorry Flay but Heavy got ninjaed:
Greasemonkey! Cross! You guys should get in here. Lowering his rifle Doc then addresses the girl, while trying to remember the commands on the paper.

Translation: Could you show us the map please.

BowenSilverclaw i hadn't forgotten about Ronin, but i was under the same assumption Jace was.
(with the exception of Greasemonkey and Cross, I'm assuming the rest of you are in this main room)

Wow Jace nice rapid fire on those personal posts. Did you have them all prewritten and copy paste them in?

Actually I have nothing written-- I'm just making stuff up as I go!  :D I have a basic idea about a scene, and I just try to keep within that framework.

Sorry for the delays guys-- you're digging into some detail laden areas, so I'm pulling my notes together and attempting to create new files to replace all that had been deleted when my PC croaked.

To add to the delay, yesterday I got the ever exciting task of dismantling a king-sized water bed and lugging its timbers down to the dumpster (someone had come by and grabbed it up before 2 hours had passed.)

Then last evening was my 'Dresden Files'-inspired Urban Arcana game that I'm running at my place, so the rest of the day was spent prepping for the completion of the adventure.

In short, I'll have something up as soon as I'm ready.

Take your time.

My home office has been in complete disarray recently as we are trying to straighten everything up so my computer has off a lot. So I haven't been able to get much posting in myself.
