Sauce?
Epic Level Handbook, and SRD (assuming you meant source). The Elder Titan is even better, though. CL 29 cleric or wizard, tons of nice SLAs, and has knowledge of 3 epic spells by default. With a bit of cheese to boost your CL high enough, you can gate one in (need CL 35 for the standard one). I added one of these to the crazy version of the caster in the "anti-caster build ideas" thread. :D

Holy crap, I'd forgotten about those...

The Force dragons are pretty decent, also. The elder titan and force dragons are better for making Similacrums out of rather than Shapechanging into, though, since they have more than 25 HD, but the base Ha-naga is only 20 HD.

Whirling frenzy lion totem barbarian 1/psychic warrior with psionic lion's charge and Twin Power.

3 full attacks on a charge.

Add in Quicken Link Power on the preceeding round for a 4th.

Even better when you share it with your metamorphosis'd 12 headed psicrystalhydramount.

This is great. FINALLY I can show up my DM who claims ToB characters are overpowered because they can gain up to 4 full-attacks by him/herself.

Also, by the wording of psionic lion's charge, you get those attacks in addition to the attack at the end of the charge, and you can full-attack any time during your turn; before, after, or during the charge. I'd say 'the round,' except for the duration of the power and the fact that you can only manifest it during your turn (which would otherwise be obvious).

Weirdly, I was just involved in an ubercharger thread at GitP where "multiple psionic lion's charge" came up...
One guy claimed that casting it multiple times would not work since you can only make one full attack per round and the spell does not explicitly grant extra attacks.

Tier 3: An expert marksman, cartographer and chef who can tie strong knots and is trained in hostage negotiation or a marksman so good he can shoot down every bullet fired by a minigun while armed with a rusted single-shot pistol that veers to the left.
Tier 2: Someone with teleportation, mind control, time manipulation, intangibility, the ability to turn into an exact duplicate of anything, or the ability to see into the future with perfect accuracy.

Last time I checked, the amount of full attacks per round you can do is limited only by your actions (and shenanigans such as this). The guy's bullshitting, if you ask me. If you were really limited to one full attack per round, you'd think someone would have noticed in years of shadowpouncing builds being posted on CO boards.
It's all about vision and making reality conform to your vision. By dropping a fucking house on it.

It doesn't explicitly grant additional attacks? He does know that you can generally only make one attack on a charge under normal circumstances, right? And that a full-attack is more than one, if you have a high enough BAB, TWF, natural attacks, or a flurry? Ergo, it does grant additional attacks.

And by the wording of the power, it grants you the ability to make a full attack in a round that you make a charge, meaning that if you manifest it more than once, you can make more than one full attack.

QED. :P

[edit] I don't believe it's quite so weird as all that, seeing as how I'm the one who brought it up. I am the one who originally cooked the idea up, after all.

Any reason why this won't work?

1) be Xth level (just barely)
2) Get level drained to (X-1)th, and fail the save on purpose.
3) Craft a bunch of stuff
4) Get hit with a Restoration

The Restoration returns you to exactly Xth level again, regardless of how much XP you spent in the meantime. Right? So is this a way to craft stuff for free, as long as you do it as soon as you've barely leveled? Is this old news? I knew you could do this with a Thought Bottle, but this is entirely core.

Not so much a dirty trick, moreso simply efficient. Have a party of psions and one war weaver. The WW does his usual schtick and also keeps all the psions charged up with dweomer of transference.

I don't know if I've mentioned this one yet, but use explosive runes on a whole bunch of strips of paper, then wrap a bunch of them around arrows. Have your archer-specialist fire them at one or more critters during a fight, then do a minimum-CL Chained dispel to set them all off at once.

Inspired by Surreal's post.

Step 1: Everyone in the party takes Wild Talent or Hidden Talent or otherwise plays a psionic character.
Step 2: Someone Plays a DMM Persist&Chain Cleric.
Step 3: Said Cleric casts a Chained Persisted Dweomer of Transefernce at the beginning of each day.
Step 4: The whole party is now immune to spells. The Psion also gets free power points whenever someone casts a spell on him.
Step 5: ???
Step 6: The obligatory profit!

Now, could the power point function also be fueled by, say, a Warlock's SLAs? I doubt it, but it would be hilarious.
