A lot...  :p Several people took the Landlord feat, and all applied it to the ship.
A couple of water benders, a dike, a flaming arrow, and a few barrels of blasting jelly?

Sounds like the makings of a gay porn film.

Mmkay...no one on deck sees anything. Not that this is, y'know, much of a catalyst, but hey.

However, the "alarm" does give off a ping, audible to everyone onboard the ship.

Looking up from his glass of scotch Lemmy calls for Eddie: "Edward, it would appear we have uninvited guests. Sound the alarm and make sure the crew is on full alert, will you?" He then finishes his drink in one big gulp and gets up, locks and loads his crossbow and beckons for Mikkey Dee to follow him as he heads for the door.
Think Eddie can 'scan' the ship for intruders, Phaedrus?
As Lemmy looks up from his scotch, Lucy looks up from her intrigued study of everything that's happening beyond the portal with a beaming smile. "Yay! Let's go say hi!" Taking off, she zooms through the air past Lemmy, looking left and right excitedly for the visitors.
Range of 100 feet, yeah? You sense something out there with an Intelligence of 17, near the prow of the ship.
Ooh! There's a really smart man out there! Come on, Lemmy! Flying high, Lucy hovers toward a position from where she can see the point where the mind she senses is and looks straight at it, regardless of whether she can see the mind's possessor, smiling and waving innocently. "Hi! Who are you?"
Lucy will want to get LoS and LoE to the square where she senses the mind, preferably without cover or concealment between her and it. She'll want to stay well out of melee range, but won't make a point of flying away unless it looks dangerous.
Lucy spots a man dressed in desert colours clinging to the hull of the ship. He catches sight of the flying girl, chuckles ruefully, and says, "Knew I forgot something. Say hello to your mum for me, sweets." He then drops out of sight, and curiously vanishes from Lucy's mindsight.

Clapping her hands, Lucy shouts, "Yay! Do it again!" Her eyes briefly flash red as she checks for traces of how the man's magic trick worked.
If you concentrate for 3 rounds, you find a strong lingering aura where the man was. DC 21 Spellcraft check lets you know that it's an abjuration aura.
Felix examines the bodies, to determine that they are indeed Inspired and also make guesses as to the causes of death and how long they've been dead, and then says "What's back there?" gesturing to the tunnel at the back of the room.
So Eddie didn't see the man? Only Lucy did?

Right, Lucy managed to find him with Mindsight. He wasn't taking any real precautions at that point other than hiding, and knowing precisely where to look more or less negated that advantage.
"The Inspired use that room to conduct their operations. Psionic devices, maps and charts, that sort of thing. We had a little time to examine them earlier and figured out how to use the ectoplasmic barrier, as you might remember. There's also a telepathic projector, which is how we contacted you."

Always mindful of a way to turn a profit, Felix's eyes light up. "Hmm... mind if I take a look at it? How long ago did you fellows take over this facility, by the way? Should we be expecting a reclamation squad any second?" Felix and William chuckle nervously. Probe skitters around the room, looking for anything that might be hidden.
Probe has Synthesate (feel light... which I think should give him a "normal" sight range) active, as well as See Invisible. He should be decent at finding hidden stuff.
Eddie says "So where was our visitor, Lucy?"
Eddie will attempt to Dispel Psionics on the area where the abjuration was/is.
He was climbing the ship, but I don't think he's there anymore. Let's play hide and seek!
Well... that depends on how you interpret the augmentation to work. If I can get 1d20+20 for augmenting with 5 power points, I'll certainly do that.

I'd rather cap the bonus to your dispel check at your manifester level, I think.

Certainly the more reasonable implementation. :D Given the fact that we're highly likely to meet other Psions with Dispel... it's also the one I'd prefer. :P
