The kalashtar are seemingly impressed with the solo.
In point of fact, impressed is hardly the word to use. The blank faces of the pair crinkle in disbelief as the "child" blazes a path up and down the fretboard, then break into smiles that finally allow onlookers to tell the pair apart. Their posture relaxes from its stiffness as Nax effortlessly makes the guitar wail and sing, and the toes of one of the duo even begin to tap. As Nax finishes with an elaborate flourish, the pair break into enthusiastic applause, grinning.
"Bravo! Splendidly done!" one of the pair calls out.
"Indeed, 'twas most masterful," the other agrees. "Though it does raise the question why performers of your caliber would be playing in Riedra, where your talents will surely go to waste?"
