I mostly got my hands on a Dread Necro handbook and went from there. This will be my first shot at playing one (or a necromancer, for that matter. ALL my wizards banned Necromancy...).

There's a reason why, when discussing with Boz the best way to introduce me to the campaign at this particular point, we called it the Hellsing option.

Lucy's cohort would be a good starting point, methinks. Do Dread Warriors keep their personality and stuff?

Well, they get a +4 to strength but take a -6 to Int and -4 to Charisma. If anything her personality would be dulled.

Also, complicated orders tend to cause them to go haywire. Orders above 12 words have a cumulative 1% chance per word of making them confused as the spell.
