I forget. Were we allowing the trick of using Linked Power to manifest things faster than normal? I think we were. I don't want to wait around for a friggin' hour for "William" to manifest "Sensitivity to Psychic Impressions" just to confirm the story from the Kalasthar.

At this point, I say we just go along with them, actually. I mean... there's a whole room full of dead inspired to back up what they're saying. We should probably make sure it isn't an illusion, but other than that... I think the scene pretty much speaks for itself.

Well... they have to be willing, and they know who is trying to bring them back. So I'd say... they'd be quite unlikely to want to let US bring them back. Unless you mean bring it back as some kind of undead, in which case they don't usually remember their lives, do they?

Southern Magician or Alternate Source Spell into Dweomerkeeper? Ignore components on Animate Dead with Supernatural Spell. It's something, at least. Other than that, check the Necromancer handbook.

You should look at it again every time you feel you'Ve become better at drawing and do it again.

And he'll probably be more of a badass than when he was alive. We have a dread necro and my cleric who has a crapton of those Necromantic feats from Libris Mortis.

I just had an image of an adventurer passing through a town, doing some good deeds, casually animating a random corpse to ask it some questions, then going on their way. The heavily templated undead commoner they left behind manages to go berserk and kill the entire population of several towns.

I liked the English version better for once. So sue me.  

EDIT: Also, looking over the Tome of Necromancy, the Master of Seven Necromantic Mysteries seems both flavorful AND appropriate.

The only part that's a shame is that his Rebuke ability doesn't stack, but that's relatively minor.

Question. What happens when he learns the second mystery, knows all spells he has access to, and calls dibs on whatever scroll he can get his hands on?
