Transforming Item
This item can transform between multiple forms, all of which must be handheld (ie. a weapon or a wand is a valid form, but not a suit of armour). If one form has a limited number of uses, the other forms are not affected when its magic is expended. The amount of time it takes for such an item to change forms depends on the variant, but always provokes an attack of opportunity.

Cost
Full-round action: Combined costs of forms
Standard action: Combined costs of forms, +150gp per form.
Move action: Combined costs of forms, +300gp per form.
Amazing what reflavouring can do, isn't it? The full-round version is just a bunch of separate items (two move actions to stow one item and draw another). The move-action version adds least weapon crystals of return to all of them. The standard action version is interpolated from these two.
My work
The tier system in a nutshell:
Tier 6: A cartographer.
Tier 5: An expert cartographer or a decent marksman.
Tier 4: An expert marksman.
Tier 3: An expert marksman, cartographer and chef who can tie strong knots and is trained in hostage negotiation or a marksman so good he can shoot down every bullet fired by a minigun while armed with a rusted single-shot pistol that veers to the left.
Tier 2: Someone with teleportation, mind control, time manipulation, intangibility, the ability to turn into an exact duplicate of anything, or the ability to see into the future with perfect accuracy.
