Quote from: woodenbandman on March 14, 2009, 12:12:35 PMI think that I'd prefer Genesis as an SLA. Not practical, as it still takes 24 hours to cast the damn thing. A Fighter who just stands around for 24 hours is not a fighter I want in my party.

^THAT is just nasty. Give it to your duskblade buddy. He can afford the 6 levels in the PrC, but late game... Any fighter would benefit of it.
Yeah, but it has the problem of being a 19 level build when it comes into full blossom. A Fighter is, of course, less powerful, but it also has less wait time until it becomes really strong. Also they have extended multiclass options.
It's an interesting trick, but it seems to require jumping through a lot of hoops. There are easier ways of getting any spell as an SLA--Runesmith comes to mind.
Also you can jump as part of a move action, so everyone can fly by making NI jump checks every rounds as non-actions.
But you can still make as many checks as you want in a round, if you keep failing them. Obviously you can't exceed your movement speed as that would be broken
Strict RAW states that you can't jump unless you're jumping across a gap or reaching a ledge or grasping something overhead. If you're being a silly literalist, you have to go all the way.Quote from: woodenbandman on March 15, 2009, 12:48:42 AMAlso you can jump as part of a move action, so everyone can fly by making NI jump checks every rounds as non-actions.Not really." Distance moved by jumping is counted against your normal maximum movement in a round. "

A couple of water benders, a dike, a flaming arrow, and a few barrels of blasting jelly?Sounds like the makings of a gay porn film.
...thanks
