While the pain of tracking requirements isn't large it does exist and just forces more work and less work without causing balance issues is a net plus in my book. The point about casters having the same restrictions is for everyone to be playing the same game, or at least as close as possible without making everything identical.

Not getting database errors but the past few days I've gotten several connection errors like the web server service was down but not the server. It is a bit odd but normally is back within a few minutes.
Clerics and Druids are like the 4 and 2 in 42. Together they are the answer to the ultimate question in D&D.
Retire the character before the DM smacks you with the Table as the book will feel totally inadequate now.-Hazren

Heh. Give casters prerequisites on knowing spells of the same school or subtype before picking higher level ones... :)

Only hurts Wizard. Makes Sorc even weaker. All while Cleric and Druid laugh. Spellcasters need a rebalance in general, but this should not be the first step.
It always seems like the barrels around here have something in them.

Makes Sorc even weaker.

Isn't this a contradiction?

Fine, just Wizards then.

Knows-their-entire-spellist types remain amused.

There's no _real_ way to balance spellcasters outside pruning the spell list heavily.

And is anyone else having issues with the website today?  I keep getting database errors.
Had a few connection errors earlier for about 30 seconds.

Hmm, I wonder how it'd change things to add stuff like this.

Under Mithral Tornado: If you use Adamantine Hurricane within 1 round after initiating this manuever you gain +10ft reach for the purpose of that maneuver.

Or for any <School> Strike with a save:
For every <School> maneuver you initiated in a row since your last maneuver recovery, you gain a +1 bonus to the save DC.

It's also a little cold because of that.

The truth is much more awesome than that. You can almost never see the real Moon, and its appearance is death to humans. You can only see the Moon when it's reflected in things. And the things it reflects in, like water or glass, can all be broken, right? Since the moon you see in the sky is just being reflected in the heavens, if you tear open the heavens it's easy to break it~"

Like the tactical feats, except for free as part of the school?

Essentially yes, built right into the manuevers.

Probably adds too much to keep track of.

In a row means you only have to track the last maneuver you used and add up. It's mostly a way of letting the lower level maneuvers see more use rather than the more common practice of packing only an array of high level stuff.
