I've been pouring over my resources, and I don't see any way for an epic level psychic warrior to get the psionic equivalent of Epic Spellcasting, short of starting over in some other manifesting or spellcasting class (and then getting access completely independent of their psychic warrior levels). Would I be right in assuming that's not an option for these guys?
The Epic Level Handbook is 3.0, though, isn't it?
You can get access with Psychic warrior to Epic Manifesting...As described in ELH you can take the psionic equielevant of improved spell capacity 3 times which will let you cast 9 level powers....After that you can take the Epic manifesting normally....

Take the Mantled Warrior variant, and get your manifester level as high as you can get it.Might help.
Well, yes but it would be logical to allow an epic feat that gives you access to a level of power +1 than you can currently cast......
Psionic characters take the Epic Manifestation feat, which works just like the Epic Spellcasting feat. The prerequisites for this feat are 24 ranks of Psicraft, 24 ranks of Knowledge (psionics), and the ability to manifest 9th-level psionic powers. Alternatively, if a character doesn't have access to 9th level powers, they could still qualify by taking Improved Manifestation once for every power level they are short of the requirement. (Ex: a character with 10 or more levels in Warmind would need to take Improved Manifestation four times before they qualified for Epic Manifestation).

My own idea would be to edit Epic Manifestation (which works, since they don't actually bother to write out the feat's text):QuotePsionic characters take the Epic Manifestation feat, which works just like the Epic Spellcasting feat. Alternatively, have it work like all of the other epic psionic feats and simply require "the maximum level of powers your class can access"
