"Simplified D&D" style D20 games?

What are the main games that are of the concept, "We take the main SRD rules, and simplify it into a less simulationist, more pick up and play, still fantasy, without lots of crazy weird rules all the time" system?

I remember some kind of pocket D&D somewhere that was for free online that did this, where can I get those, or other free rules versions that do this sort of thing online? Thanks!
