If it does explicitly say it doesn't stack with Haste, it doesn't stack with Haste or anything else that doesn't stack with Haste.  If it doesn't explicitly say that it doesn't stack with Haste, it stacks with EVERYTHING.  (Note that there might be a few obscure sources I'm not aware of, and by obscure I mean old editions of Dragon obscure.)
FTFY.
I question whether or not I could have explained that better...

Yes, because of the last four words of Mobility's description.
[Spoiler]
A gygaxian dungeon is like the world's most messed up game show.

Behind door number one: INSTANT DEATH!
Behind door number 2: A magic crown!
Behind door number 3: 4d6 giant bees, and THREE HUNDRED POUNDS OF HONEY!
They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...
Best metaphor I have seen in a long time.  I give you much fu.
Three Errata for the Mage-kings under the sky,
Seven for the Barbarian-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Monks doomed to die,
One for the Wizard on his dark throne
In the Land of Charop where the Shadows lie.

Q66: Would somebody be so kind as to point me to where I can find feat retraining? I thought it was in UA but not finding it in table of contents or index...and paging through page by page would be incredibly annoying.

PHB2 ... starts on pg. 191 -- the whole chapter is dedicated to it.

dammit, :ninja'ed!

I can see how you thought UA -- it just seems like it might fit there.

If you stop ignoring 289 pages telling what the intent is to stretch "more power" in your own god complexion of your interpretation trumps all to cover ability adjustments from aging then I will ignore a quarter page of rules that exist within a sidebar.
I think in this case the grammar is less important than whether the Str and Dex bonus provided to your created undead scales.

Q67: Are there any feats to allow a Psychic Warrior and Monk levels to stack/mesh? (I.e. an 'ascetic' psychic warrior). If not (or if so) are there any standout feats for a psychic warrior dipping monk?

A67: Tashalatora (spelling?) feat in secrets of sarlona

Quote from: Secrets of Sarlona: Tashalatora

While I'm thinking about it:
Q68: Does striking with claws created by psychic warrior manifestations count as using unarmed strikes for purposes of tashalatora and flurry of blows, etc? Does the damage dice increase at all?

I forget: do artificers have to roll for ACF when casting their scrolls?

Q69: There are a number of feats and abilities that allow you to initiate a grapple after you hit with a normal melee attack (improved grab, scorpion's grasp, etc.). You have already done damage with the attack; if you successfully initiate the grapple, can you do unarmed damage as normal in a grapple in the same round? (i.e. a monk hits with his unarmed attack, does 1d6 damage, initiates the grapple for free, is successful - can he then do another 1d6 damage in that same action)?

Q 71 Since the artificer question is there, just not numbered. Where can I find good editable character sheets? I already know of GNO's page, but I was hoping for something a little better than those. I also know that the MythWeaver ones are downloadable, but they don't save your progress very well.

Q72:

If a charging mounted knight is hit by the stand still feat does his horse keep moving but he remain in the same square?

Q72b:

Same scenario, does a knight hit by the Knockdown feat who is then successfully tripped come off his horse and the horse keep moving?

Tripping a Mounted Opponent

You may make a trip attack against a mounted opponent. The defender may make a Ride check in place of his Dexterity or Strength check. If you succeed, you pull the rider from his mount.

Q 74: What was that ability that basically allowed you to, once a round, double jump?
[spoiler]Fighter: "I can kill a guy in one turn."
Cleric: "I can kill a guy in half a turn."
Wizard: "I can kill a guy before my turn."
Bard: "I can get three idiots to kill guys for me."

On a strange note, would anyone be put out if we had a post about people or events we can spare a thought for, or if its within their creed, a prayer for? Just a random thought, but ... hells I wouldn't have known about either Archangels daughter or Saeomons niece if I didn't happen to be on these threads.
Sounds fine to me.
probably over on "Off-topic".
might want to put a little disclaimer in the first post.

This is the Min/Max board. We should be able to figure out a way to optimize the POWER OF PRAYER(TM) that doesn't involve "Pazuzu, Pazuzu, Pazuzu".
