q308 Psionic Race with a bonus feat?
Hidden talent would do it.
But then you're spending a feat. I want an extra feat while being psionic.
Athasian Human (Dragon #319 p26) Scaling psionics, +2 to two stats of your choosing, and all standard human abilities (feat and skill points).
Is it a LA of +2?

What's your build?  If you have any psionic levels at all, just be Human (or Strongheart Halfling... or Azurin...).

I think Azurin is the correct one. You get 1 bonus PP without any class levels, and a bonus feat. (You don't get the standard bonus skill pts that humans get and must take an extreme alignment.)

Q306: Can anyone share a list of PrCs/feats/etc. for me to expand a Sublime Chord/Bard's spell list, potentially without sacrificing spells known (or by allowing a Bard to gain a spellbook somehow)?

EDIT: Bard in question is human, male, 25 and lives in Brazil.
And bump. It was a serious question.
Gendou Ikari is basically Gregory House in Kaminashades. This is FACT.

Q309: Is there a guide to 5 foot steps and/or AoOs?
Fighter: "I can kill a guy in one turn."
Cleric: "I can kill a guy in half a turn."
Wizard: "I can kill a guy before my turn."
Bard: "I can get three idiots to kill guys for me."

On a strange note, would anyone be put out if we had a post about people or events we can spare a thought for, or if its within their creed, a prayer for? Just a random thought, but ... hells I wouldn't have known about either Archangels daughter or Saeomons niece if I didn't happen to be on these threads.
Sounds fine to me.
probably over on "Off-topic".
might want to put a little disclaimer in the first post.

This is the Min/Max board. We should be able to figure out a way to optimize the POWER OF PRAYER(TM) that doesn't involve "Pazuzu, Pazuzu, Pazuzu".
My final project for my film independent study course. It could do with a watching and critiquing

Ahh, scaling bonuses. So delicious. My next character is going to be an Athasian human.

Q220: Psionic Independent Research... when you research a power, does that power count against one of your known powers by class, or is it separate?

Q 311 So I was looking at CAdv's Embrace the Wild (2nd lvl druid, gain senses of animal whose HD <= your CL for 10 min/lvl). And then I looked at the animal list in the Monster Manual. Is there any reason not to choose Porpoise 2HD (MM 279)? (Blindsight 120 ft) I think that logically the blindsight only works while in water, but I don't see any specifics mentioning this...

Q 311b Any better animal forms whose HD doesn't exceed 4? (or just good animals to pick, in general?)

Q312: What is the dragon with the best nat ac?
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, martini in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming WOO HOO what a ride!

Wow... that's a nice find... The only reason to choose something else would be if you needed to spot things at a distance greater than that, or against an enemy for which blindsight didn't work (they have Darkstalker, or something). Then you might pick something with a massive racial Spot bonus like a hawk, for example.

Q313: Can someone explain or post a link as to how Celerity duels work?

That is to say, repeated castings of celerity on two sides?

Q314: On a completely unrelated note, if you are, say, 6th level, can you retrain one of the feats you took at 1st level to obtain Able Learner (assuming you're Human, of course).

Q315 Supposedly a sorcerer can trade in his Familiar for other class features or bonusses. Can anyone tell me in which books I can find this? I play a Gish who doesn't have or want a familiar. Trading it in will net me at least something.
