A conversion would be (cost)x(5) to go from 1 use/day to unlimited per day.

Q225 Migrated question from another topic: Does there exist any RAW way to destroy a plane? Open ended Epic Spells and SDAs don't count.
That destroys everything on the plane. But can you actually destroy the plane?

All those Metabreath feats do is make the plane uncomfortable to Plane Shift to. I want to remove the ability to even Shift there.

3000 mile radius x 150 blasts of this size x 2 twinned, think that covers every geometrically possible part of a planet?  Going off even something Earth-sized, that's doable with merely 4 of those spheres.

Yes, but the space it occupied still exists. The plane may be empty, but it is still a plane. This is a question of making Hell not be there anymore.
Well of worlds + sphere of annihilation.  What portable hole + bag of holding wishes it could be.

Who is it you don't want going there? If you want to stop the devils from using hell, it's easy.
If you don't want anything going there, you could fill it completely with cold iron.
If you just want to stop devils from going there, just fill it with holy water.

They could still get there. It'd just be a really bad idea. I want to make it no longer a Plane. Remove it from existence, not fill it up or make it unpleasant.

@TML: wuh? What's that?

If you put a sphere of annihilation into a well of worlds, it destroys the plane that it's on in something like three rounds.

Elder evils 142.

I misremembered.  It takes d12+6 minutes to destroy the plane, and I think the 3 rounds is until it summons an elder evil.

Q227

I seem to recall there being some murky water around whether a gestalt wiz/sorc or any two arcane classes would get double spell slots or just the best progression of the two since they are the same ability?

They aren't the same ability. You'd get both spellcasting progressions, but would have to treat them as separate entities active on the same character.

Edit: Unearthed Arcana's Gestalt Characters section lists Sorcerer/Wizard as an example. There is no conflict.

5 rounds til the elder evil awakens, and you probably need the obelisk, which I don't think will be easy to move, or find. It also says this happens when Edwin puts the shpere in the well of worlds, so some secret knowledge is likely needed.

Q 224 What's the average AC (standard, flat-footed, and touch) the average 20th level character should be able to hit? What should be the highest? What should a gish character be able to hit?

Q228: Is there any low-cost way (xp, gold, and/or level-adjustment) for my 11 lvl wizard to come into the game having started out life as a gnome but transcended his mortal, natural form for that of a construct? Looking for some cool flavor here and not wanting to break the game, but if the cost is high I suppose the rewards will need to be as well. Thanks for the help.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, martini in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming WOO HOO what a ride!

Well, a lenient DM and paying for a reincarnate to come back as a warforged would work.  You could also be mostly through the process if you took levels of renegade mastermaker.  Possibly the dustform template (LA+2) if you can convince your DM to let you keep your intelligence score instead of becoming mindless

Magic Jar a warforged, and then cast Imprison Possessor (BoVD) on yourself. Don't get Dispelled afterward... If you can then make a Clone of yourself while in the warforged body (via Magic Jar), you might be able to come back as one if you die, also, depending on your DMs interpretation.

Q229: Are there any small to large sized constructs with 5 or less hit dice that have a flight speed, other than animated objects?

Thats pretty vague...  Id assume a well built Gish will have a BaB of 16. So then depending on what kind of character they are you can stack on buffs/items as needed.
If your making a npc for your players to fight then Id make it somewhere like high 30's. My players recently faught a ur-priest gish at 12th level who had ac 31 and they still managed to take him down.

A wizard can use Nybor's Psychic Imprint to create an intelligent item with a duplicate of his mind in it.  It's not too big a stretch to say that this can be used when creating a warforged.

You would not actually be the gnome wizard, but you would have his memories and personality, so you would carry on his legacy after his death.  I could see a wizard who believed becoming undead is evil choosing this as something like immortality.

This provides you with no special benefit.  In fact, you would have had to receive your education as a wizard after being created, likely from the wizard you were built to duplicate.

An interesting in-game explanation for this is to say you have all the wizard's memories locked away inside your head, but you can't access all of them.  As you level up, you aren't learning new skills but rather remembering how to do things.
