If it's listed as a hazard, then it isn't a creature, and won't have hit dice. It will be more like a trap. It could have a CR for "beating" it, but you don't beat it by stabbing it to death.
Actually, you technically do. It goes further on to read "If the save succeeds, the piercer misses its target and may not attack again until it climbs back into position. (Piercers move 5 feet per round). A piercer on the ground is easily dispatched."
So it has like AC 10, and 1 HP?

I'd say AC 0, HP -9.

Q45: What can a 5th level warblade do to max his Iajutsu focus check?

Assume DM permits Iajutsu Focus as a houserules class skill for the character.

Assume competence bonus custom skill item is permissible as magic item creation guidelines.
If you can, get an item familiar.  They're useful anyway, and much better than skill focus.

If you have a party member that can cast a cha booster, do so.

I'd say AC 0, HP -9.
I'd be okay with the AC 0, but if it was -9 HP it'd be unconscious and not moving. Maybe 1 HP, and gets destroyed at 0 like a construct or undead.

They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...

Q48: What is the easiest way to become immune to Constitution damage while still retaining a Constitution score (i.e. no undead)? In a similar vein, what is the easiest way to gain the [Evil] subtype? (someone obviously just discovered the tainted scholar...)

Q47:

A47: Eldritch blast is spell-like ability that provokes attacks of opportunity.  Since eldritch glaive is a blast shape that modifies eldritch blast, it follows the same rules and therefore provokes AoOs when you invoke it.  That is, the AoOs are provoked when you create the glaive, not when you make attacks with it.  As usual for a warlock, you can use Concentrations checks to cast defensively.

Magic. :D (use spells to prevent the con damage, and something to polymorph you into something with the Evil subtype).

Permanently? Only two ways I can think of (PaO notwithstanding) are Ritual of Alignment from Savage Species and Divine Minion. Or, if your DM's crazy, pick up Otherwordly and be of an evil alignment.

Binder 1.

Naberius was the first thing I checked, but he only heals 1 point of constitution damage/round... I plan on taking 4/round. I am thinking an Azurin with Shape Soulmeld: Strongheart Vest and Bonus Essentia might be the way to go - god Incarnum is useful.

I saw the Ritual of Alignment, but thought it a wee bit pricey. The Divine Minion template is perfect, though - completely forgot about it. Thanks!

Q49:

Does readying an immediate Teleport prevent a character from being the target of a Targeted Dispel Magic and ruin the Dispel?

Eg as they cast, you teleport and thus are no longer in the place where they cast the spell? Or do you need to get out of range to foil the spell?

A 49: The Player's Handbook says:

Quote
You make all pertinent decisions about a spell (range, target, area, effect, version, and so forth) when the spell comes into effect.

So, if you're in range and there is line of effect, the caster can still use the spell on you.  Even if he can't use the spell on you, he can use it on someone else.
