A 7:   Psychic Warrior is a Heavy Armor proficient class with Search as a class skill.

Q 9:
Is there a way to increase the 20% miss chance from concealment to 30% or higher through items, feats, or class abilities?
I'm trying to increase the effectiveness of the Child of Shadow stance.

Q7
Is there a heavy armor class that has search as a class skill...I am drawing a blank.
A cleric with the kobold domain.
That might work...might go with Substitute Domain to pull it off to start though.
Planar Touchstone (Catalogues of Enlightenment) would also work, and you wouldn't even have to be a kobold. I don't know how the hell you're going to adjudicate that when you change to another domain, though...

A couple of water benders, a dike, a flaming arrow, and a few barrels of blasting jelly?

Sounds like the makings of a gay porn film.

Q 10 The medium-sized epic monster Thorciasid deals 0 damage + ability drain, or 0 + energy drain, yet has Str 22. It's never actually explained why this is (at least not that I've read), but if you were put Improved Unarmed Strike on this creature, would that 0 change to 1d3+6?

A 10: As I understand this, this creature typically does not use its limps to damage you normally but uses them to inflict his special attacks against you....
Now if you put Improved Unarmed Strike he would do damage with its natural weapons accordingly with its size and it would no longer be a typical creature of its kind because you customized it(put a feat it does not normally have).....

With its really high Wisdom, I was thinking of putting a level of monk on it since it's usually N anyways. It would gain a bonus feat, Wis to AC, and IUS for 1d6. Seemed like a good idea, regardless of whether or not it'd do damage as well. Thankfully it will do damage now too.

Q 11 Is there a template that'll give you additional arms? Or a LA? I know there's one for multiple heads, but what about something like half-thrikreen, or half-marilith?

A11 DMG II p.157 under Unique Abilities has a way to get two extra arms.

It doesn't say it can't, but can these be put on an undead creature? Intelligent or otherwise?

Q 12 Is there a Multi version of Two-Weapon Rend and Two-Weapon Defense?

Q1
how old/fat/dumb/etc. is she?   :D

A1...

...so fat that when she sits around the house she sits AROUND the house.

...so dumb that she sat through all of 28 Days Later expecting to see Sandra Bullock.

...so literal that when her math teacher told her p r squared she said no, pi r circular.

...so poor that when you ring her doorbell she sticks her head out the window and yells DING DONG!

...so slutty that there's a new Mayor of Her Bed on Foursquare every night.

Um, yes, people do care. At least some people. Especially ones who have the TWF tree, and those two feats, and now have four arms.

What X-codes is saying is that both the feats mentions SUCK.  A lot.  TWD is one of the WORST feats ever.

TWR does way too little damage to really be worthwhile, and is explicitly limited to 1/round.
Eh, the wizard have more money than them combined, he could in theory just use all his money on a fleet of trained attack mules, but then we aren't playing 3.5 but zergling rushing in Starcraft instead.

And some monsters have these by default. Like the Deathbringer from MMII.

What's your point?  Monsters can have sucky feats.  See the Tarasque.

A 12: I don't think there are Multi versions in 3.5 Edition. Just home brew them.
