Q28
are traps which you create via craft (trapmaking) always set in place or is it possible to create movable trap devices too (so that the skill isnt totally useless for PCs)

something like a box which, if you enter a square adjacant to it, shoots an arrow or spins a blade at you but can be moved
Races of the Dragon has Portable Traps that you might want to look into.
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

Why would you even do this? It hurts my eyes and looks like you ate your keyboard before suffering an attack of explosive diarrhea.

Q29: What items/feats/whatever increase your ability to turn things that are not undead?  Everything I find seems to specifically say "1 level higher for purposes of turning undead" and the like.  What if I want to turn things with my Fire Domain or Rebuke Dragons?

In my humble opinion, CO is haberdashery. Some say we're mad, but we can all agree we're hatters. Yes, we have potential to make very sophisticated hats, very fancy hats, be they dark or light. But the truth is that the color of the hat does not come from the group of us - our community doesn't directly produce hats. We simply give average head circumferences, list current fashion trends, and point out some shiny, obscure baubles to add to the latest hat line.

A 29

Without looking up all class features that allow you to turn things other than Undead, I'm pretty sure all or most of them say "as a [good/evil] cleric [turns/rebukes] undead". In such a case, any bonuses that apply to turning and/or rebuking undead would also apply to turning/rebuking whatever else you can turn and/or rebuke.
In other words, that Periapt of Turning you picked up last adventure will work just as well for scaring off dragons as against undead.
It's all about vision and making reality conform to your vision. By dropping a fucking house on it.

Q30: Here's an odd one. Would polymorphing into a Kelvezu (MM II), give you the ability to add the Poison ability to rays cast?

Q31: Can you choose Uncanny Forethought as your wizard 5 bonus feat? I seem to remember that, but I don't have the Exemplars of Evil book handy to check.

A couple of water benders, a dike, a flaming arrow, and a few barrels of blasting jelly?

A31:
I don't think so .... 'tis only a (general) feat.

If you stop ignoring 289 pages telling what the intent is to stretch "more power" in your own god complexion of your interpretation trumps all to cover ability adjustments from aging then I will ignore a quarter page of rules that exist within a sidebar.
I think in this case the grammar is less important than whether the Str and Dex bonus provided to your created undead scales.

Q 33 Bards usually only get 4 known spells per spell level, so which spells should I take as 4th lvl spells (out of this list, or other if I'm seriously missing something). Spell Theft, Shadow Conjuration, Dimension Door, Fugue of Tvash-Prull, Ruin Delver's Fortune, and Celerity. Which 2 should I take first upon 10th CL? [I already get Sirine's Grace from druid casting]

Q 29: What is the mechanic used when adding a domain spell to a Beguiler?  I.e. anyspell and greater anyspell specifically.  And where is the relevant text pertaining to non-clerics gaining a domain slot?  Last but not least, how do you deal with someone seeming to think the only way to expand a Beguiler/Warmage spell list is through Advanced Learning, other than a crowbar to the face?

anyspell and greater anyspell have an effect that's useless without domain slots, so they're bad examples.

Wasn't there an official workaround for domain spells/slots just on here a page or two back though?  Like a dip in Holt Warden or something?  That'd net the slot (however the hell it worked), which is all the spell cares about.

Q34: Are there any famous wizards in Eberron, like there are in Greyhawk and FR? If so, who are they?

Lady Vol, for starters.

or did you mean people with levels in Wizard, not just arcane casters?

They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...

A34.
Well there is Mordrain the Fleshweaver,an 18 level transmuter who was exiled by the twelve because he was too strange for their taste...
Also there is Erandis Vol, an half-dragon Lich 16 level wizard, who is the last bearer of the mark of death and the leader of her own religion...
Thats from the top of my head....
