66. When you can swap 8 hours of sleep for 4 hours of meditating with an elf, with no prior training, and suffer no ill effects for it.

63... When the tarrasque can be defeated without a wish or miracle.... at level 9

Details please.  What combination of spells reliably defeat the Tarasque at this level?

I suppose it is because Tarrasque can not fly....
So my first guess would me a combination of flying and pelting the Tarrasque from up above with heave objects....

A level 5 cleric can do it, with a bit of boosting to his effective turning level from items or feats. Command an allip, sick it on the tarrasque, then cast Meld into Stone and wait for the tarrasque to go catatonic from wisdom drain. It won't technically be dead, but it won't be getting back up, either. You can set up a Tarrasque steak shop right next to it, and enjoy your infinite wealth. :D

Regeneration for the win!
Clerics and Druids are like the 4 and 2 in 42. Together they are the answer to the ultimate question in D&D.

61.When a dragon who can cast as an 19 level sorcerer in addition to all his other dragon goodies is only 15 cr......
When a human with 48 levels of wizard is CR48 and a tarrasque with 48 levels of wizard is CR 44.

Well since the Tarrasque only has an int of 3, I think it's fair that even though it has a gazillion levels of wizard it probably isn't getting much better.
Monks are pretty much the best designed class ever.

Eh, it's still better, if only because it has a few more hit points and points of BaB.

Considering how many levels it just took, it should have more than enough intelligence. 3 + 12 (from the 48 levels) = 15. 15 + 12 enhancement bonus + 5 innate bonus (from wish)= 32. 32 + an arbitrarily high amount from epic spells = whatever the hell you want it to equal.
Edit: Partial ninja'ed.

Pry open his mouth, and repeatedly cast Create Water to drown him. Drowning bypasses regen.

[As a level 5 character,] pry open [the tarrasque's] mouth
This sounds both clever and safe!

Tier 5: An expert cartographer or a decent marksman.
Tier 4: An expert marksman.
Tier 3: An expert marksman, cartographer and chef who can tie strong knots and is trained in hostage negotiation or a marksman so good he can shoot down every bullet fired by a minigun while armed with a rusted single-shot pistol that veers to the left.
Tier 2: Someone with teleportation, mind control, time manipulation, intangibility, the ability to turn into an exact duplicate of anything, or the ability to see into the future with perfect accuracy.

Edit: That's right. Clerics kill the tarrasque with an Orison.

Specificaly I was thinking summon undead IV could summon an allip and after it renders the tarrasque unconsious a shadow could finish it of since all thing reduced to 0 str by a shadow die...

I think you mean 0 Str. And the tarrasque is immune to the shadow's Ability Damage but not the allip's Ability Drain.

Any druid forms have Ability Drain that could accomplish this same feat?
The only one I know of is a Yellow Musk Creeper (Fiend Folio, INT drain), but the victim has to be helpless.

Fixed.. strange I was sure the shadows do Str drain and not damage. Never mind.. the Allip still wins the day and you can allways drag the tarrasque to the closest lake\see\whatever and drown it
