Don't forget how regeneration lets you reattach severed body parts, but the only body part it's possible to sever is the head (which stops you from reattaching anything).

38. All ore mines and rock quarries must have adamantine tools or employ mages who can cast stone shape in order to function properly because normal commoners/laborers with normal tools, literally, just won't cut it.
