Got a little flaw in your signature Jaerc, look at the very end. Welcome here in spite of that!

Also, I hope Surreal joins up and we get his big honkin' thread moved here. That'd be awesome.
Surrealdex FTW! But most-all of that is based on WotC threads, not BG threads. Wow, lots of reconstruct to do.

But backtracking to the missile-related developments, what thread was it where an arrow with many exploding runes on it was grown to fit, then re-shrunk so that hundreds of runes could be placed, and then said arrow was shot by a distance-optimized archer for a few miles or so? It raised discussion of how to aim with divination spells to get around the curve of the earth or something? I liked that thread, would love to see if it can't be improved upon.

Make him mechanized inside a giant metal tank, of course. Best way to improve anything.

Aren't anonymous, though.

Oh, and I just lost the game from that one :(
[Spoiler]
A gygaxian dungeon is like the world's most messed up game show.

Behind door number one: INSTANT DEATH!
Behind door number 2: A magic crown!
Behind door number 3: 4d6 giant bees, and THREE HUNDRED POUNDS OF HONEY!
They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...
Best metaphor I have seen in a long time.  I give you much fu.
Three Errata for the Mage-kings under the sky,
Seven for the Barbarian-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Monks doomed to die,
One for the Wizard on his dark throne
In the Land of Charop where the Shadows lie.

Signing in.  Mostly an old lurker from the CO Boards, so I don't expect any of you to remember me, but I just can't deal with this Gamer Zero guy.

We are Legion, eh?

Speaking of which, I need to get around to finishing that. Yes, I have an idea in the works.
It always seems like the barrels around here have something in them.

So, I don't suppose there's any new PbP games opening up? The one I was in has unfortunately been put on hiatus due to people's work schedules, so I perhaps have enough time to indulge a new game (because goodness knows I shouldn't be doing something productive with my time :eh).

You should totally start one Surreal *nudge* :wink  We've got a couple that just started, and I'm hoping the PbP area picks up a bit, so hopefully there'll be one out there soon. :D

I guess I'll say "hi" in this thread now.  I always lurked the CharOp forum daily, I just never had anything meaningful to contribute--I usually posted in all the other "normal" 3.5 forums.  This place seems to be shaping up into something quite fun and I am glad I found it.

Wait, the game as in the game you lose whenever you think of the game? (I just lost the game by the way.)

We need the Template threads (level adjustment and the like). It made me sad when I went to go dig through CO to find them and Gleemax boards were down for daily maintenance. I'm trying to find a nicely abusable way to boost Strength and Constitution through the roof (further, I should say) on a level one character and it just happens to be 2:13.

Ah, group pressure - so I migrated too.

Why did we do that again? Anything I'm not aware of?

Here is a good start. When Gleemax stops having Database errors, you may want to read the "SAVE AUTUMN" thread for another reason some have migrate here. (Hint: It has to do with Gamer_Zer0)
