Q 8: Is there a hand book on the creation of base weapons and armor, aka no magic enhancements, just material crafting options, and weapon templates?

The first one was posted in May '08, so statistically, we go through one thread in a bit under two months on average.

I'm neither a scientist (like Phaedrus) nor someone who knows statistics (even statisticians agree they don't know statistics), but I think the first two threads are odd datapoints. The 3rd thread started at the end of April 2009 and closed at the end of July 2009. In 16 months we went through 13 threads, and it seems to me we've been accelerating lately (the last thread barely took us 20 days). I think we can expect one thread a month from now on.

And then kevin_video joined us.  ;)

Actually, we could expect this thread to be expended within 18 days, as that we seem to be in a state of logarithmicly decaying returns. Until something happens, we can assume the thread life times to decrease to the absoulute limit.

Worse than that, it's a feedback loop, as the more quickly we go through this, the more posts that people make talking about the increase in speed.

Q 18:  Is Carnivore's 3.5 Psion Build Guide and Compendium on the Wizards boards the best Psion resource for those new to the class/psionics?

Hey look, a question!  Somebody should answer it!    :P

The 3.5 Psionics FAQ, at the top of the old WotC psionics forum, has a lot of basic Q&A on psionics in general. I also have a couple of things I've written up about (advanced) psionic tattoos, and warforged psions (mostly shapers). But yeah, Carnivore's guide is likely the best.

Yes.

A8
Sorta. It probably isn't up to date, or complete, or comprehensive, though (for example, glass steel gives mundane +1 to +2 bonus).

Q 28: Would an undead Raptoran with less than 10HD be able to fly forever since he/she can not become fatigued or would the corpse break due to the body that was animated being weak?

Q25: Is there any way to allow a Lawful Incarnate to take an Evil meld?
Savage species ritual of alignment?
There's no alignment restrictions for soulmelds. Good characters can take [evil] soulmelds no problem. Certain soulmelds have an effect based on character alignment, though. But there's no "Can't use diametrically opposed x" like for clerics and spellcasting.

They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...

Depends on what kind of undead they were. If they were a skeleton, they could not fly because skeletons lose (ex) flight abilities. Zombies, on the other hand, could fly forever.

Incarnate states you can't shape a soulmeld that doesn't match your alignment if it has an alignment descriptor.
Clerics and Druids are like the 4 and 2 in 42. Together they are the answer to the ultimate question in D&D.
Retire the character before the DM smacks you with the Table as the book will feel totally inadequate now.-Hazren

Q 29: The acid wash weapon crafting quality says that the weapons in questions are made from two or more metals... can I make an Acid wash sword out of two materials?

Why not? Most "common" metals we use nowadays are allows, and alloys of metals were used way back through history. Hell, Steel isn't pure iron.

So I have a weapon made of Aurorum and Adamantine?

That...would be up to the DM. I'd imagine they'd trend more towards that being a flavor thing, or making it function like Alchemical Silver where its' a base metal inlaid with something else. You have a precedent for it based on the item description, though, I would imagine.
