It's not in Serpent Kingdoms. I checked.
[Spoiler]
A gygaxian dungeon is like the world's most messed up game show.

Behind door number one: INSTANT DEATH!
Behind door number 2: A magic crown!
Behind door number 3: 4d6 giant bees, and THREE HUNDRED POUNDS OF HONEY!
They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...
Best metaphor I have seen in a long time.  I give you much fu.
Three Errata for the Mage-kings under the sky,
Seven for the Barbarian-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Monks doomed to die,
One for the Wizard on his dark throne
In the Land of Charop where the Shadows lie.

Q23
if a druid has the feats fast wild shape (shape as move action) and swift wild shape (shape as swift action) does he have to do the shaping as swift action or can he still shape as move/standard action?
basicly: are things like shape (standard) - move (move) - shape (swift) possible?

The limit five is from a specific alt class feature for spontainous casters.
Yeah? Which one? This is a wizard thankfully so it doesn't apply, but I'm curious.

Q 12 Extract Water Elemental. It says if the victim of the spell dies, the creature is made in their size. What happens if they don't die from it? The spell fail to make an elemental?

Q 13 Where can I find info on Zehir, the Yuan-Ti deity?
A 12: Correct.  No elemental is made if the spell doesn't kill them.  However, a better question is what happens when a Fine/Dimminuative/Tiny/Gargantuan/Collossal creature dies from it?  There aren't "Water Elementals" printed in those sizes.
For Colossal I suppose you could always use the primal elementals. Other than that, I guess I'd consider taking the character that it was originally, and adding the Water Elemental template to it.
I reject your reality, and substitute my own.

A23: IIRC, the feat says "can shape as a swift action", which means you don't have to. Ergo Standard action Shaping is still possible.

Even if it was "always wild shapes as a swift action", aren't you allowed to perform a "shorter" action in a "longer" one?  I know you're allowed to use a standard action to perform a move action.  Is that not a general rule, or just specific to move actions?

Specific to move actions. You cannot swap a move for a swift action.

Q24 (as im on it^^)

how long does it take to activate an at-will ability?
(yes, that sounds like a stupid questions but nowhere in the rules does that get explained (at least i found nothing))
or does at-will only specify that you can use it unlimited times?

At-will indeed only implies how often you can use the ability. What action it takes to activate it is either stated in the ability's description or implicit in the kind of ability it is. (Su) abilities default to Standard, and (Sp) abilities default to Standard unless the spell mimicked takes a shorter action.

A24 To expand on what Agita explained, go here for the actual rules text:  Special Abilities.  And SLA's actually take the same time to cast as the spell they mimic, could be shorter or longer than a standard action.

This is a case where the SRD differs from the MM and the Rules Compendium... so... yeah.  The MM is considered the primary source.

Correction: Rules Compendium is the primary, per the rules compendium's first pages :P

The first one was posted in May '08, so statistically, we go through one thread in a bit under two months on average.

I'm neither a scientist (like Phaedrus) nor someone who knows statistics (even statisticians agree they don't know statistics), but I think the first two threads are odd datapoints. The 3rd thread started at the end of April 2009 and closed at the end of July 2009. In 16 months we went through 13 threads, and it seems to me we've been accelerating lately (the last thread barely took us 20 days). I think we can expect one thread a month from now on.

Yeah, I pretty much just took the number of threads and divided them by the number of months since the start of the first. I did have statistics classes, but I didn't really care enough to make an actual, elaborate statistic (nor am I a statistician. Even liars have standards :P).

Q25: Is there any way to allow a Lawful Incarnate to take an Evil meld?
Clerics and Druids are like the 4 and 2 in 42. Together they are the answer to the ultimate question in D&D.
Retire the character before the DM smacks you with the Table as the book will feel totally inadequate now.-Hazren

A25
I guess if you can somehow get ahold of the evil subtype (Savage Species ritualts, horizon walker, maybe some other PrCs...). Alternatively, make a pact with a devil (I believe you don't have to qualify for bonus feats gained that way; so just take shape souldmeld: evil meld).

...Ninja'd.

Q26
Which undead can both be created via spell (so that corpsecrafter etc apply to it) and are playable (i.e. have a listed LA)? I've been going through this list and only found the Curst (UE). They're LA +3, though, and have abysmal stats.

EditInfinity: I just found the update for 3.0 FR Monsters; and found others that qualify:

LA+2: Cryptspawn (MoF)
[LA+4: Zin-Carla (F&P)] not a spell, but a (Su) ... hmm
LA+6: Spectral Mage (MoF)
LA+8: Silveraith (City of the Spider Queen)

Necropolitan and other ritual-based thingies don't count. Bone/Corpse Creatures would be perfect (one again...), but they're unplayable as is.
