Totem Ranger is also nice, where allowed.

What books that from?

Magic of Incarnum. It's a PrC for multiclass Totemist/Barbarians. So it'd be something like Toemist 2/Totem Ranger 6 for those levels.

MoI is a fringe book, and usually only shows up in games where "Any 3.5 book" is the rule on sources. Not many DMs know it well, so ask what he thinks of Incarnum before bringing up Totem Ranger.
It always seems like the barrels around here have something in them.

Totem Rager, not Totem Ranger. :)
Winning an argument on the internet is like winning in the Special Olympics.  You won, but you're still retarded.

I made a Handbook!?

Would anyone be willing to link me the rules on combining Natural Attacks with Unarmed Strikes?

Thanks, appreciate it.

I don't think that these are technically official rules, but I think this is what you're looking for:
