a teeny Tiny impy gestalt beguiler // something

Here's the skinny: 15th level, Gestalt. The first two levels of one side of the gestalt are this homebrew Imp creature class, which grants just piles of things by 15HD, including permanent Detect Magic, Tongues, 50ft perfect flight, SR, DR, and telepathy. Tiny size is icing on the cake.

With 36PB, middle age and my level bonuses, the array is 6/11/16/20/10/16, unless someone can do better.

One side will be Beguiler15, with the intent of taking it to 20. The other is Imp2/Something. 13 levels of Psion manifesting is probably the best in terms of raw power and synergy, but still leaves me with d6 HD. I've got the Cha for Warlock, but I'm not sure it's got the damage potential two levels behind. Some Generic Warrior (it's that kinda game) gives me d10s, covers my skill bases, and provides two unrestricted feats.

There are a number of ways I would go depending on the sources available.  Following your psion idea, a very simple build would go telepath followed by the Thrallherd PrC.  You can take practiced manifester to boost your manifester level to get in with only 3 telepath levels.  This would be very thematic and give you two thralls to do you bidding.

Telepath 3/Thrallherd 10

If you break away from the psion angle, I would suggest the Fiend of Possession PrC from the Fiend Folio.  I noticed your imp is an outsider with the evil subtype allowing for entry into the PrC.  You could ride around in a person and cast spells while possessing him (pick up still, silent, and eschew material).

If you would like to focus on spell casting more you could do a number of things.  One would be to go into sublime chord which sets your caster level at the sublime chord level plus the levels in one other spell casting class.

Beguiler 15// Imp 2/ Bard 1/ 7 X/ Sublime chord 5

This would put you spell caster level at 20 and it will continue to go up two caster levels per level.

If you have access to dragon magazine, there is the Eldrich Master PrC in #280.  At levels 4 and 8 in the class you get to add another spell casting class's spell list to your own.  This is great with the beguiler since they know every spell on their list, this would allow you to add all the cleric or wiz spells to your beguilers list.  Building on the previous build you could go:

Beguiler 15//Imp 2/ Bard 1/ 2X /Eldrich Master 5/ Sublime Chord 5

You could also add in cleric and the dragon magazine feat alternative sourced spell allowing you to use Divine Metamagic with your arcane spells.

Or back to the FoP

Imp 2/Telepath 1/FoP 6/Thrallherd 2/Eldrich Master 4 (still nets you one thrall)

or

Imp 2/ Telepath 3/Thrallherd 2/Eldrich Master 8 (now you can cast all the beguiler/wizard/cleric spells spontaneously.

So it really just matters what books you have access to and what your focus is.

There's a two-feat combo in fiend codex I that gets you arbitrarily high bonuses to skills.

Here is a nasty evil build you could try. I used a Different Imp but if your's is only 2 HD then you can forget about the LA buy off. Other than that it pretty much fits I would think. Enjoy!

Also you might look into Fiend of Possession since I believe an IMP qualifies... its a brilliant class lol.
