Since tome of battle, I recommend the magic item found therein to give you some added attack bonus for being in a stance, preferably gotten through some of their items that grant such.

It was late, I didn't see. Good catch. Although, isn't any non-updated 3.0 considered 3.5? Bah, be back with better...

EDIT: Also, I'm pretty sure I'm the first person to have thought about combining all the Lesser, Greater and normal Mindblade Gauntlets to provide a cheap way to gain an effective +6 to one's mindblade. I looked around, and as per RAW I think it works.
