I'm curious as to what the Statted Deities are doing with most of their time.
It seems their relative ineffectualness means they work on their personal Domains a lot,
and zip around the multiverse checking up on their followers.
Otherwise most of them could have pulled any number of the CO tricks a long time ago.

Sort of ... it's not like the Deities need any help.


Making items:
Greaters can make artifacts
Craft Artifact SDA can do better
Alter Reality SDA can provide the most stuff
a few have with any of the threee above, Wiz 20 or Cle 20, or both

I'd bet the PHB2 Rebuilding rules, weren't made thinking of deities.
It doesn't include a clause dealing with DvRanks.
So any given deity could go on a rebuild quest (oh that's what Thor does all the time)
and get a few mo' better levels in there.

I mean just getting a caster to 21st level = Epic Spell fun and games.

I suppose a reasonable scale to compare the deities, would be:
How long it takes to pull an Ascension of some sort ?

Even the sucky / truly awful deity builds, have some Swift action abilities, to go with the spam Spell-likes they can do.

oddly enough, it seems to only require cl 10 to be able to grant spells. which always puzzled me. what's the mechanic involved? there have been hints of divine ranks being based on some sort of relationship between followers and believers and the power in question. are they using bestow spell to grant spells? the epic books suggests rebuilding the powers with epic options, but there seems to need to be a lot of tinkering.

"Worst" case scenario, a Deity can Plane Shift + Greater Teleport, to wherever someone with Psychic Reformation, is hanging out.
Deity says: "Fix me. Make me not suck so much."
10 minutes later (or less) ...

Stick one feat into a 1/2 CL per level type thingy, and that'll be more than enough.
PsyRef feats are automatically superior (?!) ,  to the book build feats.
Skills ... idk ... it might make a minor difference.

If the deities can go on a PHB2 Rebuild quest,
and just rebuild the 1 or 2 or 3 levels needed,
to get the screwy stuff undone; like Agita's example above.
