In any case, yeah, you could work a Kalashtar Targeteer/Mystic Ranger. Get a Deep Crystal Rifle, cast Hunter's Eye and whatever spell lets you extend SA range, and go to town.

Monk - Decisive strike acf - no range limit

Penetrating shot - feat - if you only have one shot make it count

call weapon - power - don't reload you boomstick, get a new one

Penetrating Shot could be hilarious, especially paired with Explosive Ammo :D

Extremely dumb literal interpretations of iaijutsu focus (quickdraw a melee weapon, then immediately attack with your rifle instead)

Bullets made of that evil ice from frostburn that does wisdom damage?

Cast Zap Trap on the bullets for +1 elec damage when they hit the target.  Fell drain metamagics optional but awesome.

continuous item of Sniper's shot should be 2k according to the gp estimate table (cl x sp. lvl. x 2k)

So, that being said:

Flame Arrow helps, though admittedly it's going to be a looong while PbP-wise to get a hold of it.

Psionic Shot and its Greater cousin could be nice, though you need to pick up Psionic Meditation and Hustle to re-focus "as a swift action".

Kobold Quarterly produced some Firearms material two months ago, including a base firearms class with bonus feats that indicated rapid reload and many shot usable by rifles. Hell see if you can get Pathfinders Vital Strike series of feats.

I've heard of a feat called Legendary Sniper from Dragon 297. Can anyone with the actual issue give me a quick description please? I have no idea if it might be useful, but at least it has 'sniper' in the name :P

Legendary Sniper is an Epic feat.
[spoiler]Prereq: hide 24, skill focus hide, dex 21
benefit: if you have successfully hidden at least 10ft from your target you may make a ranged attack then hide as a move action with now penalty.   also when you sneak attack you get +1 damage a die.[/spoiler]

[Epic], 21 dex, hide 24 ranks, Skill Focus(hide), removes the -20 penalty to hiding while sniping. Pretty crappy.

also you could just put a bayonet on it thus drawing a melee weapon with quick draw and getting the iajustu focus with it :)  still a literal interpretation but better than quick drawing a knife dropping it then firing.

You need more weapon damage, and you need to achieve it with a swift action?
