Automatic damage including poison?  Does this imply they get no save?

Carnivore, you forgot the size mods in those builds to attack.
A gygaxian dungeon is like the world's most messed up game show.

Behind door number one: INSTANT DEATH!
Behind door number 2: A magic crown!
Behind door number 3: 4d6 giant bees, and THREE HUNDRED POUNDS OF HONEY!
They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...
Best metaphor I have seen in a long time.  I give you much fu.
Three Errata for the Mage-kings under the sky,
Seven for the Barbarian-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Monks doomed to die,
One for the Wizard on his dark throne
In the Land of Charop where the Shadows lie.

While Barbed Stinger seems pretty cool, you are Tiny. You can't grapple very well unless you get rid of that.
true ... the primary thing around here seems to be making yourself Larger(many ways) ... also there are many ways to Boost grapple checks ...

Automatic damage including poison?  Does this imply they get no save?
no ... simply that they must save vs Poison every round that you maintain the grapple, since you do that with every sting

Could you potentially combine the power of a Pseudodragon spellcaster with the potential power of the Barbed Tail feat by making a Pseudodragon Grapplemancer? The potential for flinging the tail out and dragging people around while poisoning them was just too cool for me to pass up. I might get back with a build on that note later.

Druid 16/Sacred Exorcist 1/Contemplative 1

Grab Hero Domain for Giant Size.  Become a colossal grapple beast.

I might go:

Pseudo dragon 2HD+3LA/ex-Cleric 1/Monk 1/Beguiler 1/Ur-Priest 2/ Dweomerkeeper 10

L1 Education
L3 Spell Focus Evil
L3 Scribe Scroll (Rune Domain bonus from cleric)
L4 Iron will (Oriental Adventures Monk Bonus Feat)
L6 Extend Spell
L9 Persistent Spell
L12 Divine Metamagic
L15 Easy Metamagic Persistent
L18 Practiced Spell Caster
I might remember wrong, but Dweomerkeeper requires access to Magic domain. Also, doesn't Ur-Priest take away all class features you had as a Cleric? In this case, Scribe scroll would be gone. And no need for that Monk level, use the Otyugh hole magical location.

It depends.  If you break the code of conduct you loss spell casting and class features.  Ur-priest only states you give up your ability to cast spells, while domain access is a seperate class ability.  Granted you cannot cast the spells, but you does not say you loss access to the domains.  You could easily follow a dead god as in the Ur-priest description (no need to break your code).  Likewise you would not loss access to scribe scroll.

Yeah, you could drop the monk level and use Otyugh and a monk's belt to make up the feat if you have access to magical locations.  Those first three levels can be pretty much anything if they give you the skills and pre-reqs you need.  Even fighter would be great for later Embrace/shun the darkness tricks.

The poison is con-cbased so a level of barbarian gives you a +2 boost to your poison DC when you rage.

A Stoneboned Pseudodragon Wizard 3. 16 Strength, -4 Pseudodragon +4 Stoneboned. Take an Octopus familiar and get a Psionic Tattoo of Grip of Iron.

3 (Strength) + 3 (BAB Wizard and Dragon) + 3 (Octopus Familiar) + 4 and 1 (Enlarge Person + Str bonus) + 4 (Stoneboned) + 4 (Fearsome Grapple) + 4 (Improved Grapple) + 4 (Grip of Iron) +2 (Bulls Strength) - 8 (Tiny) = +24

+24 Grapple as a level 3 Wizard with +5 LA, and with LA Buyoff you can still get 9th level spells. Take Aberration Blood for another +2. Take Barbed Tail and have a good time terrifying anyone who gets near you by dragging them around by your tail and poisoning them to sleep.

Not necessarily fully optimized, but a pretty funny concept.  :lmao

EDIT: Fixed to account for Dragons getting full BAB. Thanks for the catch.

Another +2 from the racial hit dice. Dragons have full BAB.
It always seems like the barrels around here have something in them.

A Pseudodragon can become Fine, using Compression+Augment for 7PP.
Any use, besides +6 to AC & +8 to Hide over his usual modifiers?

Can't think of anything, besides using Confound the Big Folk against other Pseudodragons :p

You can use a psicrystal as a mount, or share the space of Small or larger creatures.
My work
The tier system in a nutshell:
Tier 6: A cartographer.
Tier 5: An expert cartographer or a decent marksman.
Tier 4: An expert marksman.
Tier 3: An expert marksman, cartographer and chef who can tie strong knots and is trained in hostage negotiation or a marksman so good he can shoot down every bullet fired by a minigun while armed with a rusted single-shot pistol that veers to the left.
Tier 2: Someone with teleportation, mind control, time manipulation, intangibility, the ability to turn into an exact duplicate of anything, or the ability to see into the future with perfect accuracy.
Tier 1: Someone with teleportation, mind control, time manipulation, intangibility, the ability to turn into an exact duplicate of anything and the ability to see into the future with perfect accuracy.
that could actually be fun .... if you buy off the LA you are left with 2 Dragon HD(Full BAB, ALL good saves, good skill points) which make it a Great Psi Gish .... like this:

Pseudodragon 2/ Psion 8/ Slayer 10

BAB +16
17th lvl Psion Powers @ 20th lvl Manifester(Practiced Manifester)

if you also take the Feat Expanded Knowledge(Compression) .... you could Manifest an Extended Compression(-2 sizes, 40 min Duration) for only 11 PP(17 PP as a Swift action)... then you are Pocket sized .... like a little action figure of a Dragon .... but with a Whole lot of Power

as a Side Note.... you still have all of your Sensory abilities at full range... but now you get +16 to Hide and +4 bonus to Dex(increasing Hide and Boosting AC),+2 Size bonus to Attack and AC.... thus you are very Accurate with Ranged Touch Powers ...... you actually become a Pocket Cannon  ;)

@ carnivore:
Could be fun, to get a silvery hued Pseudodragon Cohort(just thining about that ring in the trailer of 'Sorcerer's Apprentice'), preferably with blasty Powers and a Recharge Setup, for one of my characters.
Should work just fine with 13 Classlevels(cohorts usually aren't allowed to buy off their LA, but I might get a discount via Dragon Cohort. No Followers, if I go that way).
