A71a: So no, it doesn't be DR/Epic. Why would it? It has a +5 bonus. You need +6 at least to beat DR/Epic. Holy just makes it do more damage vs. evil, and beat DR/Good.
That's what I figured hence why there's a part b. How much would it cost to make it the next up?

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...

Well... it doesn't strictly have a +5 enhancement bonus. It only has one in the hands of a LG paladin (or someone with enough ranks in Use Magic Device :D ).

I'd suggest using the spell Bladebane, as KSBsnowowl suggested. You can temporarily make it a Bane weapon, which boosts the enhancement bonus by +2 to +7, and will beat Epic DR.

Q75 Is there anything that does anything remotely similar to the Owl's Insight spell, but for int? Or a way to adjust the existing spell to boost int?
Not directly to the best of my knowledge, but Artificers have the ability to change the bonus type of an item temporarily, so if you have an Int headband, an Int cloak, a Int shirt, and so on, you can make them stack.  Also, you can age up to venerable and reincarnate to eliminate the penalties but keep the intelligence.

Q76 Is there an ability to change the stat a DC is keyed to? Specifically, the save DC for a poison attack from Con to really anything else at all. The creature will become undead, eventually, and I'd rather not have to invest a ton into repumping the save when the con goes null. I thought there was a feat in Libris Mortis that changed Poison DCs to use Cha instead of Con, but can't find it, and may have been dreaming it. Anything at all?

Edit: I am a complete dumbass. Found it.

Monster Manual, page 300, under calculating saving throw DCs:
"Also use Charisma for any DC that normally would be based on an ability score the creature does not have. For example, undead creatures have no Constitution score, so any poison attacks the have would use Charisma to determine the save DC."

Knew I wasn't hallucinating.

Q77:

Does Divine Minion (Of the egypt gods, I forget the FR name) work for things like Aberrant Blood + Aberration Wild Shape?

Q78: How does Wild Shape work? Is it based off the level of the ability or my HD? The Divine Minion for instance wild shapes as a level 11 druid.. so, can I become a beholder at level 3 or do I have to wait til I personally have 11 HD?

Q 79.  Will Feeblemind work on a Necropoloitan or Vampire?

Q 80. What are the best Spells for dealing with Vampires/Necropolitans? The vamp is a rog and the necropolitan is a dread necromancer. Im looking for some sort of disabling spells, somthing not just pure damage based.

Q 81: Are there any feats that improve spell resistance?
A player once asked me if there was any way to make a Tarrasque more evil... 3 sessions later he was stoned with D20s as the PC led an exidus out of the path of a Dire Tarrasque of Legendary Wonder.

Q 81: Are there any feats that improve spell resistance?

A81: An Epic feat in the Epic Handbook.. and one in Book of Exalted Deeds and one in Book of Vile Darkness, though I forget names.

Also there is Mantle (Shirt) That gives +5 SR, it's in Magic Item Compendium and/or DMG 2

Q82: Can someone possibly send me a PM on all the yum from Planar Sheperd? I understand why it's so awesome, in some aspects.. but more detail of possible uses without blowing up the game.. :D

Possible uses of planar shepard without disembowelling the game.... base druid does this by accident some times so a +2 PRC isnt going to help.

Q:84 Does the marshall's normal aura count as a draconic aura (for the purpose of double draconic aura) or only if he learns a draconic aura instead of a normal one?

Only if he learns a draconic aura in place of a normal one.  There is nothing stating otherwise.
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

you can make a Non-EPIC weapon overcome EPIC DR .... cheaply... here how:

BANE .... vs the correct creature the Enhancement bonus gets a +2 Boost ... notice:

"Bane: A bane weapon excels at attacking one type or subtype of creature. Against its designated foe, its effective enhancement bonus is +2 better

Yes, assuming you know what you're fighting. So how much does that cost to add to a holy avenger? Where are the rules that say it costs 720k to make it epic? How epic is it? Just +6, or +7?

Better than Bane though is True Bane from one of the Dragon Magazines. It's a +3 ability that turns any weapon into a bane weapon against any creature after it's hit them (not unlike the original Shadow Strike ability). Now those abilities you want added to a regular weapon.
